Try calling during business hours and no answer on a few occasions as well as not responsive to voice mail or text messages. Drove to the office during business hours and it was closed. Had to call Jaimee Davis Allstate in Spring Hill just to add a vehicle to my policy. I will be switching to Jaimee, but unfortunately because I started my policy with Christina she will still be getting the commission for someone else’s work unless I leave Allstate for 6 months and resign.

The most friendly and professional agents I have ever encountered. Christine, Brenda and Mike are the best!! Customer service is still alive and well! They always have time for you and answer any questions you have and treat you like family.

You never really know about an insurance company until you have a claim. My daughter was driving one of our cars a hit and run driver totaled it. Through the whole process Allstate and this agency was awesome!

I had a fabulous experience connecting with Christina. She was very easy to contact and answered every question I had about my plan and how I may want to change my plan in the future. I left appreciating all the discounts that y'all offer as well as how y'all determine the premiums. Christina is extremely pleasant, and I feel grateful to have her as my agent. She was eager to help and very informative!

I love Allstate. They give me the best coverage for my money. Excellent customer service and very friendly. Would recommend anyone looking for quality motorcycle insurance to give Christina a call. You won't be dissatisfied, their rates are excellent.

I cannot say enough good things about Christina McClary and her team. My husband was in a hit and run we naively called the generic Allstate number on our app. This led to TWO months of back and forth and jus them dodging us over and over. Once I got in touch with Christina she did everything she could to get us taken care of. Brenda reached out and gave me great tips for god forbid another accident, and we were taken care of within a week. If you want an honest agency who truly cares for you this is the place to go.

I had a wonderful experience getting enrolled in an auto insurance policy at Christina McClary Allstate! Antonio took time with me to explain all of the different options for coverage that were available, and I learned that there is much more to auto insurance than just liability coverage.
