“I am so grateful to have found this church! I was searching for a home church and I knew the Lord would give me confirmation when I found the right place, but I didn’t know how clear it would be. After just one night at one of their events, I was absolutely certain that I had found my home church. I actually feel like I’ve gone there for years and it has only been a couple of months. I have been so blessed by every interaction I’ve had here. They regularly hold events throughout the week, prioritizing community and relationships. In the short amount of time I’ve spent here, members have gone above and beyond to get to know my child and me. A significant portion of their ministry is dedicated to equipping the members of the church (along with non-members, who are also welcome to attend all of the events). I love the childlike faith I see in the people around me. It’s beautiful to be in an environment where expectations of the Lord are high, and I’m constantly reminded that anything is possible. I have seen so much vulnerability since I’ve been here. People feel free to be open and honest about their struggles without worrying that anyone is going to judge them or gossip. It’s really special to find a place where that exists. I know that we’re humans so there will always be flaws, but I can confidently say that the people I’ve experienced here are striving to be more like Jesus. I have been offered diapers for my son, I have been invited to coffee, I have been given opportunities to ask hard questions, I have participated in multiple one-on-one healing prayer sessions, and my son has found friends who treat him like he’s family. If you’re feeling lonely in your walk and are too tired to find Christian friends on your own, come here! I was exhausted by the thought of building a social circle that would grow my faith, and by joining this church I inherited one that’s far beyond my expectations.”
