I had another great service visit for my 2018 Rogue. This time it with Alex East. He provided multiple updates throughout the morning until my car repair was completed. He was very courteous, polite, and he got me in and out fairly quickly.

I purchased my car at Nissan of Cool Springs in 2017 - despite living 30 miles away and having multiple Nissan dealerships in between I have always had my car service at Nissan of Cool Springs. I have never had to make an appointment to have a basic oil and tire rotation service done and be in and out within 1.5 max. I brought my parents to Nissan of Cool Springs last time they were ready to buy a new car. They bought a brand-new vehicle with them and they too have been driving 30+ miles to have their car serviced with Nissan of Cool Springs since they purchased the car in 2020.Today, my father brought their car in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Jerimiah was his service advisor who told him if he was going to wait for the car there it could be up to two hours. My father let his job know he would be late, but he never imagined he would be there for a total of five hours and 15mins. My dad is older and while his English is not fluent, he can speak and understand English well enough for the interaction he had with Jerimiah. After being there for three hours my father asked Jerimiah when his car would be done, to which Jerimiah responded by shrugging his shoulders. He asked if they could give him an approximate of how much longer it would be to which Jeremiah again shrugged his shoulders. Beyond having waited an extremely long time and receiving the most unprofessional and disrespectful response from his service advisor my father continued to wait. After being there for four hours, he called me. I immediately called and asked to speak to Mark Hepler, Service Director. I was advised by the service rep that answered that Mark was busy working on something important and I was transferred to the service manager on duty. I did not catch the service manager on duty's name before he placed me on a 10+ mins hold to go check where my father's car was. I was at my office and had a meeting to attend so I could not continue to hold. I hung up and called back, Jerimiah answered, I told him that if my father's car was not already up being service to pull it around so he could leave. He told me he would place me on hold so he could go look, I let him know I could not hold, to simply do what I was requesting. My father text me when he left at 1:15PM after being there since at 8:30AM - FIVE HOURS AND FIFTEEN MINUTES for an oil change and tire rotation on a Nissan Rogue is beyond unreasonable and the way my father was treated is unacceptable.I don't think this would have ever happened to me, which leads me to believe this could have been an act of discrimination. I did not receive a call back from the first manager I spoke to or anyone in the service department. I highly advise going anywhere else to purchase and definitely to service your vehicle.

These people will lie to you, call you 20x a day, and try to scam you. They harassed me for a week about this car and then when I was ready to make a deal, they spent hours trying to play games instead of just going through with the transaction. If they put a piece of paper in front of you to sign, don't take their word about what it says. Read every page. They think they can trick people and I honestly do wonder if it's because myself and all of my family who were involved are women. I didn't end up buying the car because honestly it seemed like they didn't want to sell it to me!

I wish I could give these guys negative stars! I've never felt so disrespected as a customer from a dealership. Questionable sales tactics. Move onto another dealership unless you enjoyed being treated poorly

We had our Nissan Rogue in to replace the CVT transmission under the extended CVT warranty. It took about two weeks longer than the service manager said it would. The new transmission slipped worse than the original, so they installed another after a test drive with the service manager. This finally seemed to fix the issue. The service manager said we needed a brake job, so we agreed to this service too. When driving the car home we noticed a clicking noise, but couldn't bring the vehicle back in for a couple of weeks due to travel commitments. When we did bring it in, the service manager said that a strut needed replacing and would cost about $1500. We contended that this occurred during one of the transmission replacements and should be covered by the dealer. They refused so I took the vehicle to a local repair shop. The local repair shop had the vehicle for one hour and called to ask if we recently had brake work. We acknowledged that we did and the shop said that the problem was not the strut and was a brake cover was not reinstalled correctly. Avoid this dealer's service department!

I had such a fantastic experience getting my car serviced here. I first called for a price comparison on a break replacement and was shocked to find they were actually cheaper in price than our local mechanic for certain services I needed. They quoted me the correct time it took to do the whole service and also set me up with a great rental (free of charge) due to a recalled part they needed a few extra hours to complete. I appreciated the text providing the website clearly listing the mechanic's recommended service options that also noted how critical or needed the services were. The sales manager Mark was incredibly friendly and accommodating and JR, my service representative, was very helpful. Every staff person that helped us was great from when I drove up to when I paid the cashier and left. Highly recommend.

I can provide some advice buyers might find useful. Insist insist insist on a written quote detailing all costs- car price, taxes, docs, etc of the car you are considering and a final price. Stop relying on any verbal statements. Do not continue the buying process until you get your detailed quote. Check the calculation and verify of all the figures, the math addition and particularly the tax calculation (% of car value) before responding to their quote. Independently verify (or know as fact) your percent of car sales/registration taxes based on your residence location and do not rely on their calculation. Check it. Perhaps they calculate 8%+ taxes on the quote when reality is 7%. Do not allow the basis of the price negotiation to then shift from car price to "out the door" price. Instead verify, discuss and agree on every figure in the quote- incl car price. If you negotiate on "out the door" and one of the figures in the quote is overstated (surprise!), such as taxes, they correct the overstatement in the biz office but then add the overstated amount to the car price. If you agreed on "out the door", you end up paying more for the car than they said. Never ever make a deposit. This advice applies if paying cash or financing. The business practices I see are begging for Nissan to step in and review.

Just popping back in here three years later to remind people not to buy a car here ever. Three years later and I'm still finding out things that the salesman lied to me about. This time, it's the owners: The salesman gave me a fake Carfax report claiming there was only one owner of this vehicle before I bought it. My credit report shows that two other people owned this vehicle before I bought it. Just one more small thing in a long string of infuriating issues with this car. Do yourself a favor -- go literally anywhere but here. This place is a nightmare.

Took a vehicle in for service and turned out needing more than I had approved. I was able to review the recommended additional work and approve it all via text. Super convenient! Ask for Chris Lorimer in service. He’s da bomb!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME A SECOND KEY YET. FINANCE GUY SNUCK 300 DOLLAR UPGRADE IN. STILL HAVE NOT PAID LOAN OFF AFTER CALLING TEN TIMES. DEFINITELY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THEY ARE JUST GREEDY CAR SALESMAN. After 25 days they sent the payoff check. Causing my perfect payment history to be ruined. Had to call over over. They will have no problem telling you a lie

I recently purchased a vehicle at this location. LJ was my salesman. He was very patient, professional and diligent with the entire process. I really appreciated his assistance.
