We shared the bone in ribeye and it was prepared perfectly and was flavorful and delicious. We always have the make and cheese. Service was great, drinks were very good. Nice evening!

Carrie was a great waitress. Attentive, gave great feedback, and enjoyed our being there. Only feedback is the Gorgonzola horseradish steak accompaniment lacked the horseradish punch I expected. Never the less, the creamy Gorgonzola and salty brine made the NY strip even more special. Highly underrated ice cream flavor- cream cheese. It was a great match for the pear crisp. Can't wait to come back and try more!

Thought it would be much better based on reviews. Disappointed to be served over-cooked filets with too much seasoning. Saw bartender drop ice into bourbon glass with bare hands - yuk. Nice atmosphere is about the only positive.

Great food! Great service! The Tomahawk was excellent so was the Mac and cheese! Our server Adam was absolutely the best, he took such good care of our group.. I can't say enough about how good he was.. the food is top notch!!!

normally a favorite special occasion place to go. Food was very good but seating in the upstairs loft lacks any charm and server was unfriendly and definitely not up to par with service here in the past.

Excellent food. We had the lamb appetizer and that is a can't miss option as well as the lobster soup. Can't go wrong with any entree choice. Highly recommend checking out the sides as well. Higher priced meal but worth it for a date night or other special occasion

Fantastic Filet Steaks, cooked to perfection. The wood fired oven gives the steaks a wonderful flavor and tenderness. The caesar and beet salads, and the roasted potatoes were so tasty. Our server Alex was on his game, he was great!

Seated right away our server was excellent. He came by often and kept our beverages topped off. The food was overall great. The lettuce wedge was excellent and my wife's pork was great. My Ribeye was a little charred and that was the only reason I did not give 5 stars. Very nice ambience and great attentive staff.

Fantastic local gem in downtown Franklin under Executive Chef Jake Plahuta. The appetizers Fontina crepe and lamb lollipops are delicious. We enjoyed the filet and the Kansas City Strip, with broccolini. The crème brûlée was an excellent dessert.The wine list has depth and is well curated.It's not easy to get a reservation, and the bar fills up fast, so book early!Parking: Free parking structure nearbyWheelchair accessibility: Easy entrance

My family and friends are avid steakhouse enthusiasts and bourbon drinkers. We have been waiting some time to catch a reservation to this restaurant which came highly recommended. To say we were very disappointed is a understatement.The appetizers we had were good but not spectacular. We had the pork belly and lamb chops. I could have and should have enjoyed these with a barrage of bottle pouring and called it a night. Sadly I continued.How it started:When we arrived a few moments early. We were asked to wait in the bar which was not busy but was petite. It caused our party of 4 to have separate tables. No big deal as we anticipated our ascension upstairs to the resteraunt soon. We were unpleasantly surprised when the hostess found us to tell the party our table was ready. They had us close out our tab before moving to the resteraunt so we thought. Sadly we moved a total of 3 feet to a bar table of 4 and were seated by the front door. How ridiculous, why not just have us wait till a table in the main room. was ready.Dinner:COLD..... Our reservations were at 830pm, we got sat at 9pm, dinner came out at 10pm. Getting drinks was a chore, we had to continue to remind the "waiter" that our drinks need fill and our sides had been forgotten. We ordered 3 filet and a ribeye. 3 cold ribeyes (the butter would not melt on top of the steaks) and a ribeye textured like a rubber shoe sole. The waiter asked if all was OK, I informed him of my dislikes and I did not want my steak taken back. My intent was to give it to the dogs at home. I certainly did not want to wait another hour for a mediocre steak to only be made more unhappy. Our sides, "risotto" was like Vietnam soaked rice texture, "gnocchi" was like a half cured glue tubes seasoned in pocket lint. "Broccolini" was MIA and when we reminded the waiter of our order. We received 4 greensticks. Cold as if they pulled out the can opener and poured out the contents onto a cold plate.Our experience could have been out of the ordinary but our intent is to keep clear of this restaurant again. Our reservations, appetizers, main course and overall feeling of "well spent money" from Cork amd Cow could have been overshadowed by any resteraunt franchise. When you're spending in excess you expect an excess of feeling its well spent.

Fabulous service! Our service Ariel was the best! The steaks were perfect - highly recommend the house salad, French pressed coffee and maple cream brûlée.
