Sonya is incredibly rude! Went in for a return and immediately had an attitude just looked at me like I was an idiot! We can have a staring contest all day or we can have an adult conversation. I would rather commute to the Nashville or Murfreesboro location after multiple rude encounters with her. On the other hand, the manager was very nice.

Great place to get all my products. The store manager always helps find what I need if it’s not in stock! Better prices than most supply stores.

Whoever the lady was that I talked to on the phone she was rude . I didn’t know it was a professional hair store and she got a snippy attitude when I asked if they carried a certain product like I was just supposed to know that this place didn’t carry the product.

If you are a regular customer they won't even sell you any item. I can't believe there is a business like this. There is no sign directing this for license hair technician, and Cosmologist. I felt very judged to the extent that the associate sounded disdain, unmotivated, and depressed. It's disappointing that you can't buy a item and being told that you have to be licensed. I think this store should not be open to the public, and perhaps market themselves online.

Just left this location, came after a workout. The lady followed me around like I was gonna steal something. I wouldn’t have been mad if she would’ve did the same thing to the white lady that was shopping. She let her shop in peace . I want be returning, just because a person isn’t dressed like you think they should look doesn’t mean that they steal. As an AA woman it saddens me because the worker was an AA woman also

Last Saturday the day before Mother’s Day . I went into get some hair products for my mom and my self . Upon entering the store , Sonya immediately gave me a nasty attitude, when she asked if I needed help finding something I said yes . Then she proceeded to yell at me saying “Do you have a License ? I said no I have a cosmo prof card cuz I used to work here . Her attitude escalated quickly from nasty to aggressive . And started yelling,swinging her hands saying “I don’t know anything about you working here , you have to have a license to shop here .When I tried to explain to her yet again. I have a cosmo prof card And Iv never had any issues until to today . She then proceeded to follow me around the store . sonya eventually made it back to the counter to check out a guest when she started talking about me to another customer which is really rude and unprofessional .When I went to the counter to pay for my stuff , she then got nasty with me again because I did not have my card on me but I told her you can find me by my phone number , she gave me another nasty attitude .I would like a phone call back from CORPORATE ASAP this is not acceptable . Sonya made me feel very unsafe . Not sure if she is the manger if she is y’all need to find a new one . I won’t be coming into the store again untill she has been spoken to or a new manager is thier . Which is sad cuz it’s actually easier to come into store and buy my product now i have to go buy my product online because the employees of this store make me feel unsafe .

The ladies here are amazing! I shop at several different Cosmoprof’s & I have never had more amazing customer service than at this location. They were not only helpful but so incredibly kind. I can’t wait to see them again!

First time here with my sister and the representative that assisted my sister seemed very judgmental. She barely helped my sister find the items she needed and then when it came time to check out she didn't allow my sister to buy the items because my sister wasn't a cosmetologist or studying to become one. I'm sorry but please explain to me where are the signs in your store that state that someone has to have a cosmetologist license in order to purchase items from your store. Please explain to me why you also didn't state this information to us while we asked for your assistance. I personally feel this customer service rep was casting judgement because of how we either looked or dressed. Will never shop here again.

The previous manager and staff was amazing!It’s in the past few months that they brought new personal that customer service is awful,they’re hateful and treat you like garbage.Cosmoprof you can do better than that,we spend plenty of money with you.Thank you.

I placed an order for products and chose the same day delivery option at 8am on tues March 31st and products never showed up. I called Wednesday April 1st they said they hd the order and would be sending it out and I would have it today. annoyed I agreed due to the fact that I needed the products. Then get a call at 315 pm that they basically canceled my order mind you they close at 4 so no way I can make it to another store to get what I needed. I am then told that I have to call in and ask for a refund instead of one being applied automatically since they canceled my order. Called the customer service number the employee gave me and they are closed. So I'm just out of luck.
