Add me to the list of dissatisfied customers. I am glad I have other options (Walgreens and Kroger) because every time I pick up a prescription there and try to use the GoodRx discount card, they try hard to find a way to not honor the pricing they and GoodRx have negotiated. I think they either don’t know how to enter the codes or are lazy, maybe both. Neither are acceptable to me so I will have my prescriptions filled elsewhere from now on.

You can't even leave a voice message during their lunch hours. The automated system actually takes a lunch break also. Impressive. -5 stars

This place is horrible. As I am writing this review I have been sitting in the drive thru for 30 minutes. I would leave but I have to have my medicine and unfortunately I cannot use another pharmacy. I understand being short staffed but this is ridiculous.

Pharmacist lied about being out of Adderall and Gabapentin because she suspected I was doing diversion, was offering to get my history from Kroger, to have my Psychiatrist to call her directly, and only after cornered did she say "actually I'm not taking any new controls". Wasted 3 hours of my time calling around when she could have given it straight up.

This CVS minute clinic has caused numerous insurance policy issues resulting in hundreds of dollars in out of pocket costs for my wife and me. She came in for a TB test a few months ago and her only insurance policy coverage is through me with Tricare. Following the visit she received a bill for hundreds of dollars out of pocket. Upon calling Tricare she was told that the minute clinic had run her visit under Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee which she has NEVER had coverage through. She requested this coverage to be removed and now a few months later received another notification that her visit was now being run under Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas. We have never lived in Texas and AGAIN the ONLY insurance coverage she has had for a year now is Tricare. This minute clinic has caused this ongoing issue and we will no longer be using this CVS or the minute clinic and will be recommending those we know to also avoid this location.

I got my second fill of Amlodipine for my high blood pressure from this pharmacy. Although produced by the same manufacturer, the pills of the second fill are much smaller than the first fill, about half the size. After taking the second fill for a few days, I could feel the medicine was not as effective as before.
I then called the pharmacy for a replacement with a different brand or different batch. However I was told that the pharmacy was responsible for the quality of the medicine inside the bottle, and I would have to contact the manufacturer for the issue, and let the manufacturer send a replacement to the pharmacy to replace my second fill.
Did the pharmacy provide the manufacturer's warranty and customer support info to patients? None. How could any pharmacy ask patients to resolve medicine quality issues by themselves while relying on the medicine to survive? If it is not responsible for the quality of the medicines it sells, this pharmacy is not trustworthy, period.
I will have to tell my doctor not to send my prescriptions to CVS pharmacy anymore.

THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE RUN!! Told me to come back in 2 hours to grab my prescription (keep in mind, i’m not from the area) and i come back and they said they only had 1 prescription, the other prescription is “back ordered” and told me to drive to nashville to go and get it. Forced me to play phone tag with my doctor, this pharmacy, and the nash location. This pharmacy made my fiancé waste 20 miles worth of gas. Will never deal with them ever again.

This is the absolute worst store! The pharmacy staff are the rudest people you’ll ever encounter in life!! They should all be fired! I will never go there ever again.

Horrible experience. I had my prescription sent here from my doctor and they claimed they didn’t have it and that another pharmacy filled it and that my insurance wouldn’t pay for it. So they sent me back to my doctors office to find out. I got a hand written prescription from them to take back to CVS. I get all the way back to CVS and they tell me the same thing they just told me. I told them I wanted to do self pay and they magically had it. I was then told to wait for them to put A SINGLE PILL in a bottle. Not to mention they asked for my private information by yelling across the waiting area. Do NOT GO HERE!!

I went in to look for something for my son. I couldn't find it. I was back by the pharmacy and 3 people were on their phone only the pharmacist was working. I ask a lady that was doing nothing where this item might be. I had already looked in the first aid isle. When I asked her she had no clue where it might be. She said she would ask the pharmacist. The pharmacist had told her it was on that isle and if I had any more questions to ask the people upfront. I was like wow sorry to be an inconvenience to everyone back here doing nothing. When I have gone to other pharmacys they have come out and helped me find the item. So I went upfront and asked Kathy for help. She was very nice and helpful. I appreciate her helping me look for the item.

I've been coming to this pharmacy for over 18 years. Today after my wife had minor surgery and was taking her home I was told I would have to wait one hour for her medication. Instead of filling the RXs for those waiting they filled them in the order they come in. This use to be a first class pharmacy but now it's a complete mess. I am sess so
