This CVS is listed as a UPS Access Point location where I have dropped off parcels several times. Today I dropped off a 30lb box clearly labeled for UPS surepost that eventually transfers to USPS for last mile delivery. There were no attendees to scan my box in but since I ship hundreds of parcels like this per year using multiple access points, I didn’t need a scan confirmation.
As I was leaving the parking lot I just happened to glance to see a CVS employee literally throwing my package into the parking lot!! I exited my car and asked what she was doing and the CVS employee said the label was USPS, not UPS and it wouldn’t be picked up. She was in error but would not listen to reason. UPS frequent transports parcels for most of a long journey, then transferring to USPS for “last mile” delivery. That’s what my label indicated, which the CVs employee apparently has not been trained to know. —Aside from her confusion about the UPS label, even “if” the label was in error, throwing my parcel into the parking lot did not make rational sense.
I have filed a complaint with CVS corporate, UPS corporate and next will launch a USPS formal complaint for the illegal mishandling of US Mail — a Class A felony.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ACCESS POINT NOR THE EMPLOYEES OF THIS PARTICULAR CVS.

This Pharmacy is going from bad to worse. Previously, you could call and speak to a Pharmacist, now you have to leave a message and wait for them to call back. They are extremely understaffed and service as we knew it is virtually non-existant. They take a long time to fill prescriptions, and when you go to pick them up they are all very busy, and you have to wait and wait for someone to come to the counter and assist you. And their App is bad. Every time you open it, even if it's a day later, it wants to "update", andyou have to wait until it finishes. The interface is not very friendly and glitches often. Just very frustrating

I feel like the front associates are very helpful when they are present. The pharmacy staff that is usually there are much better than last year.

I was sick and vomiting and thankfully my husband is an ER physician and called in a zofran prescription. The pharmacist would not fill it and told my husband that it is illegal to call in prescriptions for family members. That was a lie. When he pointed that out, she then went to "it is unethical to call in for family members". The state boards make it very clear that in "minor, self limited or emergency" it is acceptable. She stated that it is her opinion and refused my husbands prescription order. Now my son is home from school vomiting and we have no medicine for him because of a narcissistic entitled pharmacist playing doctor. The lead member will not even call my husband back. I would switch to another pharmacy asap.

This is the cleanest CVS I've ever been in. The women working in the pharmacy are killing themselves to keep up. They are so professional and kind. Hopefully someone called out. If not, they're severely understaffed. I really feel for them. Please get them more help. If you have a retention problem, pay more. You can't afford to lose either of these women.

Worst Pharmacy customer service I have ever received. Foolish to think they care about your health.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at CVS. I came to pick up a prescription and needed to give them my insurance and they took my information and told me to come back after lunch, so I did. When I came back, the prescription wasn’t ready and they hadn’t entered my insurance so I had to wait 30 more minutes when I came back for a third time, they still didn’t take my insurance and gave me an attitude. I ended up going to Walgreens because they told me they would transfer my prescription there time to go see if they actually do it.

Horrible experience, rude pharmacist here. Took 15 minutes for them to get my daughter’s med out to me at the window. I was told on the phone it would be 20 minutes so I came by over an hour later. The girl came to the window and took my money and said the pharmacist had to mix it. He took 12 mins. I honked ti make sure I wasn’t forgotten and he rudely said he was on many phone calls.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been. They open at 8:00 A.M. and nobody shows up until after 8:30 A.M. The pharmacist is extremely rude and talks over the patient and hangs up the phone on you. The wait to get your medication is excessive and the pharmacist does not care. The pharmacist is rude and overbearing. He refuses to listen to the patient. He talks over you and then hangs up the phone. I’m not coming here again. It’s pathetic.

These guys are the best. My experience has been that they are always personable and willing to help. As consumers we need to remember that they can only do what they are authorized to do by our insurance or doctor. I can't imagine that you would possibly get better service anywhere else.

It took me at least 25 minutes to check out at self-check out! There was an older Caucasian man at the register who first assisted me with a return. I decided to go back into the store to pick up a few more items. This led me use self check-out. I asked the older ‘gentleman’ while I was at self check out, if I could combine my $4 coupon with my $3 bonus bucks? He told me I could & he left it at that! No instructions to first add the bonus bucks (through the app) to my card, etc. This was all figured out through trial-and-error! Attempt #1 Was no good. I kindly asked the older ‘gentleman’ to void the transaction on the self check out register. He did so. It was as if he was just sitting back and watching the ‘self check out show!’ By the time I got to attempt #3 or so…I just left the items in the Q….b4 switching to the 2nd register - not wanting to bother the older ‘gentleman’ again, as I was focused on trying to figure out how to combine my coupons/bonus bucks. I literally YouTube’d what to do. It was at this point I discovered you have to hit the ‘add’ bonus bucks to your card! FINALLY, 25 minutes later… but as I told my fiancé who was waiting nearby - it was the principle of the matter! I guess I wanted to see if the older ‘gentleman’ might want to assist! It got to the point where I wanted to prove to the older ‘gentleman,’ I was going to figure it out WITHOUT his help! Honestly speaking, unless I get a coupon from CVS - I will not be returning! This ‘gentleman’ (a term I use lightly) should go through Chick-fil-A training! I’ll stick with Walgreens for my multiple-a-week trips! Thanks for the opportunity to share my experience with you! I’m BIG with customer service!!!!
