I called over a week ago to refill a Rx. They told me with the holidays, it wouldn't ship until this week on Wednesday. Totally understand that. No problem. I never received the shipping notification yesterday so I called today. Apparently they ran out of the medication and had to make more and it won't ship until mid NEXT WEEK. If it actually ships next week, I will have waited over two weeks for a medication that is supposed to be sent overnight the day that you call to refill it!

TERRIBLE Customer service! On more than 1 occasion, critical prescriptions were sent to DCA, days would go by and I’d have to call to see what the fill status was, they would say “oh we don’t have it. We’ll have to request it. Do you still want it?” ??♀️Do drs don’t just send random medications to be filled for no reason? but DCA would never call to check ever. Today, my special needs 9 yr needs antibiotics. Her eardrum ruptured last night, she’s been in agony and the other eardrum is about to blow. I called ENT 8 am sharp. They sent in script. At 9:15 I called, DCA to find out status. She said we’re loading it in system right now, by 11:45 am no word, I called again. Woman tells me they don’t have it, but they can order it and it will be here tomorrow. Tomorrow!!!!????????? I was like WHAAAT? I already called and said we needed this script like yesterday. I had told her my daughters eardrum had ruptured and she needed these meds asap. Then I get sharp SASS from her. “Yesss you sure did, what do you want us to do with this? We can get it tomorrow.” ? ? so let me get this straight, you get a script for antibiotics for a pediatric patient, the mother has already called to find out the process status telling you an eardrum has already ruptured, the child has been writhing in pain all night and you have absolutely NO follow up? You just sit on this script, that you don’t even have, waiting for a mother, who’s desperate to avoid the other eardrum to rupture…..have her call DCA AGAIN to ask the processing status!?!?!? ? like I’m bothering YOU calling, over and over for necessary meds. NO. JUST. NO! I could’ve had this in hand already, had I sent it to Walgreens. You’ve had many chances to improve your Customer Service. When the script is for me, I have grace for you, but when it’s for my special needs child, this Mama Bear don’t play. I’m done with your rudeness and total lack of care and concern for your customers. Never again.

They called me and took time to explain the benefits of CBD as well as the different delivery methods. They are kind, patient, and take time to make you feel comfortable. Additionally, they are very skilled in compounding.

I have been a customer of DCA Pharmacy for several years and it's the best pharmacy in town. The staff is always super friendly and helpful, and they make it easy to get my medications. They will even deliver my meds to my home if I don't feel up to going out. The price of medications is also very competitive and they always carry the latest items. Overall, I really enjoy DCA Pharmacy and will continue going there as long as I need to.

One of the best pharmacies I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve been to quite a few. Very good customer service and knowledgeable Pharmacists to assists me with my medications. This is exactly how all pharmacies should be run! Would recommend them to anyone.

One of the best pharmacies in town! Very knowledgeable pharmacists who are always ready to answer my questions I may have and the staff is very personable and always willing to help! They truly go above and beyond for the patient and will always go to them from now on!

Stopped using due to high prices and they keep calling clients for refills, i’ve asked them to stop twice so i need to get an attorney to fix this financial disaster!

I called to get a refill on my medication (which never was processed.) I also gave credit card information at that time. When I called back to find out why the medication was never shipped, I found out my credit card info in the computer wasn't updated. It had been written on a piece of paper and now it appears lost. I have had to cancel my card for fraudulent charges since then. No one at DCA apologized or would take responsibility. Is there a pattern here? I'm going elsewhere from now on.

I've used this pharmacy for years, until today. Last week, I called in a refill. The rep wrote down new credit card info (ON A SLIP OF PAPER.) It never made it into their computer system and my Rx wasn't filled... It's lost somewhere. On follow up, the woman taking my info denied I ever called and gave it to them!! "Mysterious charges" began appearing on my card and I've had to cancel and wait for a new card. Who knows who's hands my credit card info, including the CVV code, wound up in? These folks have no idea how to handle confidential information OR apologize for their blunder. An apology would have gone a long way. I most likely wouldn't have been upset enough to write this bad review but they cannot even admit when they mess up. They've certainly earned the review! Beware!! This is NOT the same pharmacy it used to be.

I don't often leave reviews, but it's so rare to find a company that actually has live people who answer the phone and they are always SO helpful and happy sounding. Typically, I get caught in automated telephone hell, but I've never once been put on hold. The employees are cheerful and never sound like I am putting them off or bothering them which is another experience I have with far too many other companies. My meds come on time and I've never once had an issue. Bravo to whomever is running this company.....keep on doing what you're doing!!

I've been ordering my thyroid meds from them for the past 5 years and have never had an issue. They even call to inform me of any recalls and work with my doctor to get what I need. I'm actually shocked to see the bad reviews because they're very helpful.

Very bad experiences I have had with these people. They tell me my medication will be sent but then I call to check it and I get a totally different answer. Maybe they should get everything in stock before ordering the medication.
