40 miles unnecessary driving . Taylor has no power to help me out . Corp policy . I was rang up by a woman named Rose . She did not remove the security plastic . I left and no alarm went off .
I got home 20 miles away on I 65 south . Had to return because the alarm was still on the jacket .
I returned into the store and of course the alarm went off . So security plastic was taken care of. I asked for a coupon or something for the 1 1/2 hour driving .
Taylor is not empowered to help me .
Sad that Dicks Corp. office cannot power an employee to satisfy a customer .

No one to help in womens shoes. Employees just standing around talking doing nothing. Will not be back! Guess what?! Your losing big sale!

DJ was very helpful when they didn’t have our size shoes in stock and he ordered them online for us. They even priced matched the store price that was cheaper than on the website.

Worst return policy ever I've experienced in my life. I drove 30 minutes to this location to exchange a pair of Nike shorts for a Large instead of a medium and they made it such a huge deal that they could not find my proof of purchase in the system since i had no receipt. Told me to call 1-800 customer service to locate my receipt first then i can come back in to do the exchange. So stupid.

George helped us in the golf department, and he helped us with a new golf club set, and giving my son excellent pointers to improve his swing and stance. I highly recommend asking for George to help in golf department. He has great stories too!!

The store itself had a variety of options and was clean. My rating is based on customer experience. My husband and I went to buy our son some football equipment/accessories, we were followed by asset protection our entire visit. The guy literally walked us out the door even after he watched us purchase our items. We felt targeted, being that we are the minority in this area, and humiliated. Never again!

I just want to commend Dick’s Sporting Goods in Franklin, TN for hiring such an amazing young man. I was helped by a young man name Wade. He was so genuine and so kind in helping me today. It’s people like Wade who makes the world a better place and your shopping experience a pleasure. Love his superior service and contagious smile!
