My son, his friends and I went to Dillards as they were looking for a new cologne. They walked up to the counter and started looking. The young woman named Meeka had just finished helping another gentlemen in front of us whom she offered him samples. My son asked if they had any samples, watching them from a 10 foot distance she said no and then proceeded to tell them if they weren’t going to buy anything they needed to leave. I was floored, never would I expect in Dillards to treat young men like this. They were extremely respectful, not causing trouble just truly looking for a new cologne. When I questioned the way the boys were being treated she said they have been overwhelmed with teenagers today. To which I said, ma’am that is your job working at a cologne counter in a department store. I called and spoke with customer service but I am confident will fall on deaf ear. So disappointed as that is not the type of customer service I would expect from Dillards.

Purchased a dress for a wedding. The staff was helpful in the dressing room and they had many gowns to choose from and a the area for my husband to wait was perfect!
