I called three times to ask for better directions as my GPS was going haywire and was put on hold two times but I had to hang up as I was driving and trying to navigate. On the third try the receptionist did not put me on hold but couldn't help me find them (I was literally less than 1/4 mile from them on Clovercroft Rd) but I found them on my own. While I was still on the phone with the receptionist in their parking lot she told me that I had to reschedule my appointment. I was SEVEN MINUTES LATE with a sick and stressed out cat in my car. UNACCEPTABLE. Had someone answered my first call and not put me on hold, I would have been on time. Upon returning homeI called the clinic and asked to speak with the vet. He apologized and said he was not trying to steer me away but I could try some other clinics. He said they were double and triple booking appointments. Hmmmm, I get that they want to get the animals in but really, when you double and triple book it sure looks like your more concerned with your bottom line rather than taking proper care of the animals. I will NOT be rescheduling as they suggested and will not recommend them. I know they have more business than they can handle so they probably don't care about this review but I want pet parents to be aware of their inability to be reasonable.

So we're not big into doctors or vets. We just stay healthy and don't fuss with meds. However my cat has been a little TOO protective of our land and our neighbors cats has been wrestled, chased, attacked and treed too, too many times. So we took him in today to get re-shot (there's better words but you get it) To be honest this is not our first visit to Clovercroft. Our Great Dane boy needed something back in October of 2020. I honestly can't remember what was wrong but I HATED the COVID practice of not allowing pet owners inside. So I probably would've given a 3 star since I had zero contact with doctor and I couldn't be in the room while my boy was getting poked and prodded. It felt horrible for both of us. But now they've opened their office and I have a considerable amount of peace with the matter. Another of our animals (a cat) went in a couple months ago for an infected abscess and our experience was very very good. Things to note: Staff is pleasant and professional Doctors are kind and informative The space is super clean and well decorated. It does matter for some of us! The bathroom facilities are clean as well I just give them a big fat thumb up. (I'm a one thumb kinda gal) hope you enjoy your experience. Tell them Blu sent you. Just kidding they won't remember me! Blessings, friends!!!!

Just recently moved and was recommended by my last vet that, in the past, worked at Clorvercroft Veterinary hospital. The moment you step into the office it feels like a cozy little home for your dog or cat to visit. The staff that I've met on my first visit was incredibly sweet and really loved on my dog and took very good care of her. Dr. Harris was very thorough with my dogs exam and explained everything to me. Also, my dog is not very social with other dogs, however each and every dog that came in contact with her, while we were waiting for our ride, was so well behaved and so sweet. Truly love this place and would highly recommend it.

I had tried 3 vets prior to this one when we moved in from Ohio. This is new, clean, and the staff is wonderful. Highly recommended!
