Fabulous shop with well curated clothing and jewelry you don’t find elsewhere. Price points are very reasonable. The owner and the staff are always super helpful and very friendly. Pop in and take a look around! A++

I came into this store with the intention of finding out more about downtown Franklin’s shops, local history, and decent conversation as I have done with a few other stores. What I found, however, was a bad experience that cannot go unnoticed. I started speaking with a sales associate asking how I was doing as soon as I walked through the doors (big props to her as she understood how customer service works). Wandered around for a little while having small talk. She goes to where her (I’m assuming) manager is at with a customer. Understandable.Manager comes out to check the floor and says “let me know if I can help you with anything”. Cool; Good experience so far.Things took a turn for the worse when she came back out and I asked a little more about the store and the store’s history. In the most pretentious, “I’ve got way more important things to attend to than you” voice I have ever experienced, she says “I’ve got a customer I’m working with.” I say “okay, I understand.” I then say “I’m around Franklin and do these Franklin walks every once in a while. Maybe next time.”Keep in mind, she’s got the flare of someone who’s ready to fright to the death. I introduced myself with my hand stuck out which she reluctantly took as she said her name (which now escapes me as I was dumbfounded by the behavior and look that I was receiving. I did not feel welcome in the store anymore and went on my merry way. That manager needs a lesson in treating all guests with the same respect as a customer they’re working with. For all she knows, I could have been looking for my mom, sister, or other family members. If she was under my management, she’d be facing a write up and minimum 3 hours unpaid customer service training. Do better.

This is my go to place for jeans. Abby takes all the pain out of jean shopping and makes it a fully personalized experience. She knows the wear of every pair and has helped me find all my favorite jeans. Love love love!

Amazing selection of current, fashion-forward, and highly sought-after brands such as Iro, Vince, and DL1961, as well as, fresh, new designers just making a stake in the fashion world. Abby and her team are so knowledgeable and friendly, you'll wonder why you haven't been shopping here all along!

Emmaline is my go-to boutique in Franklin. They have such a unique and refined perspective; it really shows in their clothing and jewelry selections. What really stands out to me about Emmaline is the quality of their products. Yes, boutique clothing can typically be more on the expensive side, however, the items I have purchased from Emmaline have lasted me for YEARS. When I say they carry the BEST jeans, I mean it! Hands down one of the better clothing investments I have ever made. After reading negative reviews, I was anticipating the customer service to be sub par, but it was quite the contrary. The owner and other shop attendants are so genuine and have excellent taste! They are nice, accommodating, and exceed far beyond typical customer service standards. The store is always clean and well organized; it truly stands out amongst other boutiques.

Very cute place to walk in a shop, however they don't always sell seasonal clothing, it's almost like there's only jeans and cardigans year round. Great place to shop for yourself, maybe not others. Not a lot of people end up buying things from there, it's more of a window shop kind of store.

I used to go to downtown Franklin about twice a year, specifically to pop into this boutique and one other across the street. The merchandise selection is well-curated and special, trendy, and classic all at the same time. I can always find several things I want to add to my collection. The space is really open and beautiful too, making it a great atmosphere to shop in. The jewelry selection is my favorite of any boutique in Nashville & the surrounding areas. Although the shop is on the higher end, there is a diverse assortment of merchandise, so even if your budget isn't huge, you can definitely find something great! Last but not least, the owner is usually at the shop and is very welcoming and friendly- something you don't always find at higher end stores!
