Great location to stay in! Was here for a Wedding. The hotel is very quiet and was able to check into the room at 9am on the top floor. I don't remember the associate's name who checked me in however it was her first 2 weeks and she was nice to talk with.

During breakfast service Mrs. Teresa overheard one of us say they liked honey in our coffee and gracious brought some to our table. Thank you for going above and beyond for exceptional customer service.

The front desk gentleman in the morning was very helpful and professional. Loved having covered parking. Room was clean with updated furniture and fixtures. Pleasant stay.

We stayed here for 5 nights, and thank you to the wonderful staff for such a pleasant stay. The room was immaculate, the cleaners were friendly and always prompt with restocking clean towels, etc., breakfast was solid, and front desk staff was terrific.
If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely look to stay here again.

We spend about 20 days here as we’re in town for work . The hotel is nice , it’s clean , friendly staff .

Convenient for an overnight stay while traveling. Easy drive into Nashville for dinner. Complimentary parking and breakfast. You can ask for pancakes or waffles to be made. But of interesting entry driving through the mall parking lot for the way we came in but lots of restaurants in the area.

This hotel was perfect for our quick trip from Florida!
The location was central to Nashville (only about 15-20 min away) and Franklin.
One of the managers, Venus Mancera, went out of her way to make sure our Memorial Day Weekend was the BEST and it was! Our room was great - spacious, clean and comfortable! We had 2 queen beds and the pullout sofa which was perfect for our family of 4 including 2 grown teenagers.
The staff was friendly and the breakfast had enough choices for my hungry teenagers. Not to mention never ending coffee which we indeed needed!
Loved having this hotel as home base for a few days and would stay again in a heartbeat!

We stayed in this hotel for two days during the long weekend. Our room was in the second floor with a king bed. There was not much view from it. The room was clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable with clean sheets. The lights were perfect. The bathroom was basic, however had everything we needed. The towels were clean and essential toiletries were supplied. The parking was free. They had a gym and a tiny indoor pool. Although we did not have time to visit them either. They have free breakfast, and the breakfast was fine with fresh eggs, sausage, biscuits/ bread/ bagel, oatmeal, waffle and what not. We enjoyed the stay.

The room was clean. I was not sure about the bathroom floor as it looked dirty but maybe it was the style of the floor. Overall, it did it’s purpose as a quick stop to sleep from Florida. However, the customer service wasn’t great. None of the staff greeted us; everyone either looked miserable or had a flat affect from the front desk to the breakfast staff. As a young family with little ones, this was unappealing and for that we won’t be stopping at this location on our trips.Rooms: Standard clean room.

Last year when I stayed everything was great. I stayes a week ago it was not so great. The pool was not available because maintenance put to much chemicals in it so it was drained. He refilled the pool and done the same thing. We had no pool the whole time we waa there. We had a late checkout at 1pm but they came early asking us to leave. WTH!!Only thing that was good was breakfast
