Mai is amazing!! I come in about once a month and no matter how complicated my design ideas seem she goes above and beyond to help my vision come to life! The details she captures are amazing, and she’s fast! She’s kind, caring, and very welcoming!

Absolutely loooove this nail place! People are great it’s clean it’s relaxed it doesn’t smell it’s a family feel people work hard go here!!!!!! So grateful we have them in Franklin.

My daughter got her nails done here today and they clearly did not know how to do the nail design she asked for. Instead of telling her that so she can pick something they know how to do they proceeded to attempt the design she showed them and they came out very poorly. Being a young girl she was afraid to speak up at the end and say this is not what she asked for. They charged her $100 for nails that don’t even look remotely like what she asked for. The photo on the left is what she asked for and the right was the finished product. Very very disappointing experience and a waste of money. Even the shape and size of her nails were not done consistently on both hands!!!

Lou always does such and amazing job :) I highly recommend him if you’re getting acrylic nails with a design. I look forward to my next visit.

Annie was wonderful and I really like my nails 💕 She came recommended and I can see why; let me know what would work best based on the reference I brought, and was able to fit me into her schedule last minute.

Went for the first time today after not liking how another salon did them. Everyone in there was friendly and communicative. The salon is clean and they did an AMAZING job!

Always a very pleasant experience. Appointment is highly recommended as they are busy due to amazing service. I love hat I have found a place I don’t have to ask for any specific person because everyone is amazing. Best pedicure I have ever got as well.

I am so happy with level of service and attention to detail Nunie provided! I showed her a picture on Pinterest of what I wanted and asked for her help. She suggested multiple color options and absolutely perfected the shape!
