I’ve had an account at this branch for years. I went in before heading to work to get something notarized which should have been a simple process. The person whose job it is to help me chose to complain about the form and the placement of the signature. I said that I just needed her to note that my signs is mine not inspect the document. She refused to notarize it so I went to Regions where I have my business account. They signed it with no issues. Later that day I returned to 5/3rd and closed my account.
