Walked around the store for about 10 min with my wife, about 5/6 employees all standing around. Not one person spoke to us or asked if we needed any help. One guy was on the same side of the shoe rack I was and was just staring on his phone. Not once did he look up to ask if I wanted to see anything. Took my wife going to the register to ask for someone. Pitiful excuse for customer service.

Awful customer service and lie about helping military. I have used my military discount here 4 times before. I showed the tall guy my card when purchasing my child’s Christmas clothes. He inspected it deeply and then said it was out of date. I said of course because I am a veteran and no longer get a new one. He said again it needs to be in date. I asked if he works for the military or something to care about that date for my service and he walked away. What a jerk. Everyone else has been nice to me and my wife sometimes even saying we trust you and not seeing my card. Thanks for a great Christmas present JD shoes. One bad apple lost my business and all of my kids play sports from soccer to basketball.

This place is absolutely horrible, I bought shoes that were the same as shoes I have bought before, but I tried them on inside and didn’t like the way they fit. These shoes were in perfect condition and when I tried to make a return apparently they were “creased” and “dirty on the bottom” are you kidding me? This place has absolutely no respect for customers I didn’t even get my receipt back. Also the shoe selection here is miserable.

I came in today to get a new pair of pandas and the employee (who happened to have no name tag) that I asked to get me a pair immediately started saying how those shoes were so ugly and how he hated them and how he didn't understand why people bought them as I'm asking for a pair. When he brought me the size he also decided to say how the shoes made him sick when he looked at them. Get ahold of your employees because his attitude was what was sick, honestly he was disgusting and I feel bad that he is so miserable that he feels like he has to push his negativity on others.

I had purchased a pair of panda dunks for my younger sister as a birthday present and accidentally bought a size too small. After she tried it on and realizing it was too small I went back to JD to exchange it for a different size. I was greeted very poorly by a manager named Ronny who said he would be unable to return it as it was “dirty and creased.” I told him I just got these shoes and they hadn’t been worn outside at all and said he could do nothing. Thought the whole conversation I could tell that he was not looking to help what so ever and just didn’t want to go through any trouble. He shouldn’t be working in this position as he should be watching his staff and telling them how to treat customers well and lead as an example. However, he was the complete opposite. Now I am stuck with a brand new pair of shoes that I can’t replace due to it being in the exact condition as I bought it. Truly an awful experience.

Worst place ever for shopping, I wish I can put ZERO star . Extremely (RONNIE) store manger very rude. We tried to return my daughter Nike shoe, that her brother bought for her from the JD at Galleria mall in Franklin TN . For her birthday day my son picked her a wrong size , which it’s should be no obligation or issue for return to switch the size or even return. But we found out the we are dealing with store manger with bad attitude and body language to us like we second class of the people. Never cooperated with us at all , how ever the shoe were only tried on. He was so so picky about the shoe condition down to the microscopic detail that only he could see. However the shoe still I’m same condition like we bought it. I believe that they like to earn the customers purchases business only , but if the customers has a problem with their purchases , the store doesn’t want accept return. The store manger RONNIE. Shouldn’t be mange the store it’s bad reputation and poor experience to the business.

JD Sports offers an impressive collection of shoes.The atmosphere was upbeat.The staff was helpful. We were greeted as soon as we walked in.My husband found just the pair he needed!

I wish I could give ZERO stars. DO NOT BUY from JD Sports. My family bought 3 pairs of Jordan’s, one pair sat in a box for 7 days so I decided to return them with my receipt. The whole experience was shady. As soon as I walked into the store to return a lady got on her little mic to let the guy know a return was coming into the store & to prepare to turn it down. He opens the box and says to me “I can’t return these.” I said & why not? He said there is a crease on the toe as he is sitting there bending my shoes to show a crease. I said okay then you sold me a shoe with a crease. I grabbed the display shoe that looked identical to mine. I’ll attach pictures, looking back they wouldn’t have returned those shoes even if I walked right back into the store after buying them. It’s SHADYYYYYYY business. They clearly work off commissions. I’ll share pictures.

I always go to the store and so does my son, but the service today was very unpleasant, I think they have to be nice to customers no matter what language they speak!

Willian is very kind, his attention is very good but the other colleague, a tall, skinny dark-skinned man, was not pleasant with the attention, just because he does not speak English, I think the attention should be the same for everyone.
