JD Sports offers an impressive collection of shoes.The atmosphere was upbeat.The staff was helpful. We were greeted as soon as we walked in.My husband found just the pair he needed!

I wish I could give ZERO stars. DO NOT BUY from JD Sports. My family bought 3 pairs of Jordan’s, one pair sat in a box for 7 days so I decided to return them with my receipt. The whole experience was shady. As soon as I walked into the store to return a lady got on her little mic to let the guy know a return was coming into the store & to prepare to turn it down. He opens the box and says to me “I can’t return these.” I said & why not? He said there is a crease on the toe as he is sitting there bending my shoes to show a crease. I said okay then you sold me a shoe with a crease. I grabbed the display shoe that looked identical to mine. I’ll attach pictures, looking back they wouldn’t have returned those shoes even if I walked right back into the store after buying them. It’s SHADYYYYYYY business. They clearly work off commissions. I’ll share pictures.

I always go to the store and so does my son, but the service today was very unpleasant, I think they have to be nice to customers no matter what language they speak!

Willian is very kind, his attention is very good but the other colleague, a tall, skinny dark-skinned man, was not pleasant with the attention, just because he does not speak English, I think the attention should be the same for everyone.

My visit was amazing. I’ve seen a lot of ppl complain abt the customer service but it rlly wasn’t bad at all. They attended us as quickly as they could (there was a ton of ppl so ofc it would take a while).When I got the wrong size and came back the day after and exchanged them for a different size, no problems at all, it was quick and easy. People are just quick to complain in these reviews. Although there was one employee that got a little irritated, she came back and apologized and told us that she was just tired bc of all the ppl there and the heat (I was there the day before so I can confirm it was packed and hot). That’s what won me over since most ppl would just leave it at that instead of apologizing these days. Amazing store and the shoes were amazing aswell. Very wide selection. Definitely coming back ?

Bought shoes for Christmas. Wrong size. Returned to store on December 26. The store didn't have my size so the manager ordered them shipped to my house from the warehouse. The warehouse cancelled the order on Jan 1st and said payment would be refunded in 7 days. Today is Jan 15 and still no refund. Went to store and the manager said he could not help me. Never shopping here again.

That manager that was working there (8/4/2021) was AMAZING and very kind but the worker that I was with was just very rude and very oblivious of everything. I asked kindly about a shoe and her response was very passive aggressive. I felt like she didn’t want to be there at all nor to help. She was just very passive aggressive and you can tell who it is if you do shop here. Make sure you treat your customers better!

very nasty and rude staff. any hype shoes (dunks, jordans, Etc) are backdoored by managers and they use that app as a front . I dont know anyone that has won a raffle here in years!!! i wish they would get them up out of cool springs

I wish I had the names of the two gentlemen working yesterday evening (5/23/21). One was a manager. They were extremely busy (we are used to 2020 crowds now-ha!) and we did have to wait quite awhile, but they were so helpful. They were working hard to assist everyone. My son had questions and the manager was very engaging.
