I would like to start off by thanking the Tennessee Department of Transportation for giving me the opportunity yo meet the staff at Firestone. The highway south of Nashville is full of bumps and potholes, causing multiple cars with flats. The employees at Firestone were timely and friendly. They had us back out on the road in a timely manner.

I don't know how this place is still in business. I brought my truck in to replace an EGR valve and an intake manifold which had previously been run through diagnostics as defective/leaking, and after having Firestone work on it and spending over $2,400 to "fix" the issue, the truck was running worse than when we brought it in, with multiple misfires that were NOT happening before we brought the truck into Firestone. Our friend that's a mechanic did a smoke test on it, which showed that there was not a good seal on the parts they installed. We brought it back to the shop and told them about the multiple misfires, and their response was that they already told us the engine was "running rough" when we brought it in and that there were other parts they would need to be replaced as things were getting rusty. The engine was not misfiring before we brought it in, and I suspect they put on everyone's paperwork, "Engine was running rough prior to service" just in case they mess anything up or don't actually fix your issue, they can try to upsell you and tell you they need to replace other things too. We did not want them to work on anything else on this vehicle, as it had previously been serviced and the EGR valve and intake manifold were the only things that needed to be replaced. We took the truck here to get serviced, because we did not feel comfortable driving it far with current issues, and this was the closest auto shop. They reluctantly agreed to replace the new EGR valve as they blamed the part as "defective" and it was still under warranty. Our friend had made a mark on the EGR valve they previously installed to see if after we took it back they would actually replace the EGR valve like they said they would or just let the truck sit there for a day and say they replaced it. Sure enough, when we got it back the truck was still misfiring and when we looked at the EGR valve, the mark was still on it, and they did not actually replace anything! We looked a little closer at what they actually did, and they put silicone everywhere to try to seal up their mistakes instead of installing the part properly in the first place. They just turned off the check engine light when they gave it back to me, only for it to come back on later that day. I can't believe I paid them over $2,400 for them to screw up the truck this bad! Of course any time we went in there, there was never a manager or supervisor available to speak to or technician or any photo or video evidence of them fixing anything. All they did was passive aggressively re-print the paperwork and highlight it for us. They were unprofessional from start to finish and this was the worst customer service I've ever experienced in any business in my life. We have lived all over the country and never have experienced a business more incompetent, unprofessional and accountability avoidant than this business. Avoid this place at all costs!

Efficient and knowledgeable. Decent price on excellent tires. Little pricey on a 10 minute job to replace a headlight. Ive done it. 10 minute job tops and they wanted $150. Great employees.

Took my car to this location to see if they could look my car battery to see if I needed a new car battery and it was 30 mintutes after they opened so most places aren’t as busy in the mornings that when I went so I told the guy at the front desk that I was trying to make a appointment the night before but I don’t know what kind of engine I have and he told me that I would have to drop my car off and I could not wait on it since I don’t have appointment and not everything do you need appointment for there are some things that randomly happen that you have no control over that can be fixed really quick without a appointment. I decided to take it to another place right after I left and they were more than happy to look at it and took less than 30 minutes to check as well as my car battery was changed. Come on people have better service to the community. Will never be back to this location again.

Firestone took care of my car from Friday afternoon until Saturday morning. Replaced brakes and got new tires on all 4 wheels. Was nervous for the cost, but it was very reasonable for what was done! Thank you!

There is always room for improvement. I am a fan of Bridgestone and Firestone tires. They are on all my vehicles. My service at the Firestone Franklin location went smoothly and the staff was very helpful. Good location!
