Ford motor credit is nothing but a scam, month late on a payment never notified us sent a repo truck out this morning to pick it up claiming we haven’t made a payment in a year and won’t accept a payment till 24 hours after truck was repossessed

Trying to make a payment and every way to pay is down. And can not make a payment to a person poor customer service this company sucks
