I have not shopped at Forever 21 in literally FOREVER, no pun intended. But I could not help myself, while Christmas shopping I popped in because everything in the store was 40% off. I was concerned about hurting my feelings and my ego, but they got me with the window dressings. The last time I shopped in there I was A LOT younger and a lot thinner and even at a size 12 or if I'm being kind to myself, possibly a 10 (insert wink) at the time, I could not fit the clothes in the store. Everything was small-sized and ranged from 0-8 (8 if you're lucky). But looking at the dresses and the mannequins I was optimistically intrigued. I found four dresses right away that I just had to have. I requested XL and even got one in a large. I decided to spare myself any humiliation by trying them on in the store. I'm very good at eyeballing a fit for me based on fabric and design so, I was not concerned as to whether they would fit. I checked out and because of the 40% sale, I paid $82 and change out the door for four dresses. I waited before bed to try all four on, after a LONG day of Christmas shopping. All four fit perfectly. I was amazed at the quality. I'm somewhat of a quality snob and haven't conformed to sites like Shein and Fashion Nova, no offense if those are your spots, to each their own, I just know with the right sale I can get great quality at major retailers for the same prices that will last infinitely longer. I digress, these dresses were well-stitched, and the fabric was heavy and thick. I was just so thrilled and happy that after not stepping foot in a store for over a decade I am now a fan and have placed a huge online order praying for the same quality and experience! I would highly recommend it if you are looking for a first date, date night, night out, club look, or a just because, "I'm bringing sexy back," night or day out!

I don’t enjoy shopping there. It’s unorganized and aggravating trying to find my size. It’s messy

short staffed and don’t be letting people eat. This is modern day slavery. 1 is an understatement, this place deserves a flat out 0. People are overworked , mistreated, and the clothing is honestly mid.

I wish you could give ZERO stars because that’s what they deserve!! Terrible customer service, and the store was DESTROYED with clothes all over the floor. I went in to pick up an online order. I walked up to the counter, and an employee was standing there just a few feet away from me (not behind the check out counter). She looked over and stared at me. I told her I was there to pick up and online order, and I had my barcode pulled up and ready as that is what it asks for you to do. She asked for my drivers license and I gave it to her. She asked if my license was the same person that purchased the order. I said “yes, and here’s the barcode for you to scan.” She asked me to hold on and walked away. A few minutes later a young man walked over with her and said “are you here to pick up an order for someone?” I politely said “yes, for myself.” He said that the other employee said my license didn’t match the person on the order. They never scanned the barcode to see if it was me or not. She just looked at my license. I said “yes it is!” He walked to back of the store and came back out with my package, tossed it onto the counter and said “here ya go!” and walked off!! Didn’t ask if I would like to try it on, and didn’t offer a bag to put it in which would’ve been nice since I was doing more shopping and didn’t want a large package stuffed under my armpit. Very rude and unpleasant to say the least. I will NEVER step foot in one of their stores, or order from them again. I will gladly spend my money elsewhere where people are kind!!

4 Stars for the 4 employees that were willing to help. It’s about the whole experience..⭐️-Young man who tried to help find the misplaced clothes on hold⭐️- Dressing room staff who helped as well⭐️- Cashier Darrien Mckinney who was placed in a difficult situation to help me⭐️- for Managements sincere apologyOrder of events-- I was unable to go with my daughter during the middle of the day, as I was still at work from home, she called wanting a few items and I told her to place them on hold and we would return once I got off work.- With Coolsprings being 30 mins away, My daughter placed items on hold at Forever 21 approximately 1:30 pm and at other stores while shopping for her departure in a few weeks for college- We came back at 5pm to go to all the stores she’d places items on hold- Altar’d State Arula, Charlotte Russe, Pacific Sun and here, needless to say all stores had what she placed on hold except Forever 21- Several of her items were misplaced- Staff assisted to try and find everything and I’d placed the items on the counter to purchase, however my 4 yr old son went missing.- My daughter stayed at the counter, however, she didn’t have the means to pay as I looked for my son, I wasn’t up there but I’m sure she allowed others to skip her.- Found my son, he went to look for the restroom, my daughter was familiar with the mall and where the restroom was, so she stepped out of line once I came back to take him for me- Zoey Harvey the cashier looks at me; POINTS and says you’ll need to go to the back.- I mentioned to her we’d been in line, she looks at the other employees and said, “One of y’all help her.” they looked as they were doing other things.- they all mentioned I’d been in line, she looks at me and says while still pointing to the line, you need to get in line- Darrien Mckinney was the ⭐️ who was placed in a difficult situation to she helped and checked me out- I asked her for her name and I asked Zoey for her name as well, once my transaction was completed I asked to speak to a manager- Darrien walked me to the manager who was a ⭐️ and listened to me, even remembered hearing me looking for my son, she sincerely apologized for my experience, also getting the other manager involved.Although I didn’t have a great experience with Zoey Harvey, the accommodations the other staff members made didn’t go unnoticed.I understand everywhere is over crowded and understaffed, but we all need to treat people like we’d like to be treated and that’s FAIR..I am aware all customers aren’t right, but in this case as a customer I reminded Zoey I was already in line with my my clothes already at the register, the least Zoey could have done was assist me, instead of treating me as if she could care less. It’s my hope we all are heard, but the entire experience wasn’t all bad.

The store and selection can be good, but the staff really needs to make an effort to clean up. Racks are a mess, clothes on the floor throughout.

I would give this place a 0 star review if possible. Came here to shop with my mom, who doesn’t necessarily wear Forever 21 clothing she just came with me for the moral support, however immediately upon our arrival walking into the store we were greeted by an employee who was staring at the ground. My mother greeted her by saying hello and the employee looked my mom dead in the eyes and ignored her even saying anything. After this interaction, my mom went on her way to shop elsewhere after feeling unwelcome in the store. I went on to shop on my own, and continued to see the same employee throughout the store who failed to acknowledge my existence either, multiple times as well as all of the other employees. Not once did I have someone offer to help or ask if I was finding everything okay. By the time I got up to the register, it was still the same situation. Feels like the employees are being held there at gun point against their will. Never will be shopping here at this location again. The clothing is too overpriced for the material that they use anyways.

used to loooooove Forever 21 but now the styles and colors seem a bit out there. Not fashionable like they once were. How many bodysuit type tops does one gal need???
