Omgosh what a great place only to be outdone by the great work by the wonderful Ms. Victoria! She is absolutely the best. I walked in needing help picking out the perfect frames (and did she ever know exactly what each piece needed) and walked out knowing I had made a friend. So sweet, witty and caring. This down to earth gym is as kind as she is talented. My home and lake home have never looked so good. I’ve trusted her with some expensive pieces and she has delivered perfectly framed art for all my family and friends to enjoy. Some appreciate the frames more than my art collection. Ha! Anyway, I just love her and if you’re looking for a frame shop that has that special someone who really has an eye for it…you have found her with Victoria at Frames Unlimited.

My husband and I got to the store and the owner Patricia decided to close much earlier than advertised. She opened the door and said “I’m closed. I’m the owner so I’m closed” we were caught off guard by her tone and rudeness and said oh you closed early today? She said “I’m the owner I close when I want, I don’t have an official closing time on the door” With no apology. If you want to close early fine, but no need to be rude and at least apologize for the inconvenience you cause to others. We explained it said 4pm closing on google and said no worries best of luck. We drove 30 min to get there and probably have over $2,000 worth of framing to be done. We will definitely be finding a more professional business that shows courtesy and care for their products and customers for all future needs for ourselves and my design clients.

Victoria is absolutely the best ! We drove from Hendersonville to Franklin because she has does the most amazing job in the past for me. She is very creative and is full of ideas. Love her !!

Victoria did a wonderful job with a poster that needed a frame. It is simple, yet is professional and much better off than if I had tried to go the cheaper route with a store bought doesn't-quite-fit frame. Thank you all!

AMAZING! AMAZING!! AMAZING!!! I am new to the area and when I walked in I was fortunate enough to meet with the owner herself. She took my order and even helped me pick out my frame and background. She helped bring my idea to levels I couldn't even imagine and I am so grateful to have dealt with her. Not only are they professional and kind but they are worth every penny and then some!!!! I do not recommend wasting your time looking at the competition because frames unlimited is the place for you!! They are truly the best around!!!

I have used this frame shop before with good results but on this visit the owner did not concern herself with being top quality. I pre-paid for a mat but when I went to pick it up there was a dirt smudge on the mat and two of the corner cuts were uneven.I asked for a re-do and she answered me by slapping a $20 dollar bill on the counter and telling me to get my mat elsewhere because "Life is too short".Apparently on this day it was too short for her to concern herself with poor workmanship or customer satisfaction.
