Alex, the manager of the Cool Springs store, was super helpful in helping me track down a dress for my daughter that she saw at their store in Lexington, KY. She and Kaitlyn went above and beyond! Love this store! ❤️

We were visiting from out of town and this is hands down the friendliest Francesca’s I’ve been to. McKenna was incredibly helpful and just a joy to talk to. She is an incredible asset to this store and the company!
