First service experience with this dealership. Came in and waited in the customer lounge area for an oil change and to have spark plugs replaced. I didn't receive the multi-point inspection results until after my car had been brought back out to be returned to me. The inspection recommended additional maintenance including the engine air filter, throttle body service, and rear brakes. So then they needed to take the car back to the service tech so the additional work could be completed. I would have expected them to share the results of the inspection while my car was still with the service tech so he could just keep working away on it uninterrupted.
The price for the spark plugs was higher than what was quoted over the phone. When I asked why, they said the price quoted didn't include taxes or shop fees. I would have expected an out the door price.
When I left, I noticed there was no sticker on my windows showing the mileage / date when I should come back for my next oil change.
All this was very different than the service I have received at other Kia dealerships.

New car shopping made easy buy Abe Obaid Sales associate at Kia in Franklin. I was treated very nicely, polite, respectful, very knowledgeable on his selling of cars answered all my questions. I did not feel pressured at any time. I highly recommend anyone that’s looking for Kia vehicle to please stop by and see Abe.

After searching online for a Nissan Rogue, I found one @ Greeway Kia of Franklin. I met Ronnie Carter and we fairly quickly reached a compromise on a good price. Overall, experience was a positive one.

Was a bit hesitant to buy from this dealership after seeing some poor reviews (mostly for the maintenance shop) but I had a great experience purchasing my Kia Seltos with Abe. Abe was very knowledgeable about the car and not pushy at all. He did not pressure me to buy when I said I was only there to test drive. When I called later to purchase, he was available within the hour. Thanks Abe for your help!
