The worst service I ever had, we came here for oil change appointment James told us minimum of 2-4 hours of wait, so we went to the mall and wait there, he told they need to order the parts for the seat, parts arrive after 2 weeks, showed up on appointment and expecting this should be quick so I waited in the lobby, he texted me twice that my car should be ready(lie) then he told me verbally they getting ready to pull up my car( another lie) I waited 6 hours in the lobby, from 12-6close. James told me they need to keep my car for at least 2 days(another lies) after 4 days I texted for update he said parts hasn't arrive yet, they kept my car for 12 days in the shop( and we using this for service for kids, so hard with out it) I tried to call manager name Chris to complain but he never answered, will never go back to this place

Great people, honest & fair pricing, no pressure... they sell the car right. I worked with Darrell and the sales manager Chris, and the owner Dennis spoke with me several times as well. Everyone was kind, respectful, and clear. This team values their customers and goes the extra mile to take care of them. I'll be happy to work with them again!

I dropped my Kia off for a recall on the security system at 8am. The estimated time to completion was 10a-12p. I got a text at 930a saying the work was done. All they needed was for me to sign some paperwork and asked if I wanted a free car wash (I said yes).I get back to Kia to pick up my car at 10 and the car isn't washed yet. I asked for an eta at 1030 since it's been an hour since they said it was done (minus the wash) and the response I got from Kia was "promised eta was 10-12".That response doesn't help me at all. I ended up waiting for my car at Kia from 10 until 11:50. Come to find out, there was a line of 12-15 cars waiting to get washed. When I asked for an ETA Kia knew it would take a while to get it washed and instead of letting me know they gave me a generic "we don't care" response.Had I known it would have taken 2.5 hours to get a free car wash at any point I would have opted out.A decent place would say you can add a free car wash but it will take another two hours. Or when asked for an ETA they could say give it another 2 hours it'll take awhile to get it washed. But I got, "promised eta was 10-12" so I had NO idea when it would actually be done.

The manager of service and parts and his staff make the whole experience a very pleasurable one. They are all knowledgeable and helpful with any questions and/or concerns you may have. They truly support their consumers by finding a fair price and getting the parts in a timely manner and usually sooner than expected. I have been a customer for three years and the service has been consistently great with every visit. Thank you to Kia of Franklin for shinning as the best dealership of Middle Tennessee.

Our salesman, Brandon, was super patient and so kind. He wasn't pushy at all and answered every single question I had. Chris, the sales manager, was nice as well and really worked with us. They were polar opposites of each other, but they worked together to help us make an important decision. I even called back the next day with more questions and requests for extra information, and Dustin from the finance department was more than accommodating. My first dealership experience was 10/10 at this location and I am beyond happy with my purchase.

My wife and I bought a new 2023 Telluride early this year after a CONSIDERABLE amount of research. We looked at EVERYTHING: Lexus, GMC, Chevrolet, BMW, etc., but had been really curious about the Tellurides for a few years. The only thing that gave me pause was THIS DEALERSHIP...nevertheless, we made the purchase. Let me start by saying, we absolutely love this car. Love it. Probably our favorite vehicle ever, and we've owned a variety of nice vehicles (Lexus, Mercedes, Volvo, Ford, etc.). However, I really worried about the quality of the service department when our scheduled maintenance intervals occurred. SERIOUSLY considered NOT buying a Kia simply because of the vibes this location gave off.Took it in for its first maintenance interval having been told that the first service would be complimentary. The first interval is 8K miles. What they fail to tell you is you have to get the service in the first 5K miles. Hmmmm...ok?I pick my car up a while later and once I get home I realize the tire rotation I was supposed to receive never happened. Quite frankly, I'm not certain the oil change happened (though I did check to make sure there was something in there).Look, I've seen enough reviews to confirm that I will NEVER, EVER bring my car back here. EVER. Thankfully it was a simple check-up, but there are FAR better places in Franklin to take your vehicle to, even if they aren't a Kia-specific dealership (I'd recommend Christian Brothers Automotive).

Wish they had an option for zero stars because that's all this place should get. 3rd time in here and hoped that these guys just had a bad day and service improves, but boy did they prove me wrong. Their mechanics get the car filthy dirty, my car has a light interior and upon picking it up, the steering wheel/seat/door panel are covered in oil stained handprints, the carpet is dirty with shop dirt, unbelievable. The complimentary car was is a joke as well, car is dirty and soap stains all over, rims aren't even touched. Avoid at all cost. Never coming back here again.

Scheduled some warranty work at Kia Greenway. They backed up their warranty work with no issues. It was easy to schedule service on line. Worked with James at Kia, he was courteous and helpful. What stood out was his communication during the process as he kept us informed throughout. We waited at Kia for service to be completed and waiting room was very comfortable, nice couches, and free coffee and water. Last they cleaned my car inside and out and I could not have done any better myself. Well done!

We had our Kia in for service due to a recall. Corey was very efficient and helpful. The work was done without a long wait and Corey explained what was done and what follow up was needed. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful.

First visit and new to the area. Had to be towed in by AAA on Labor Day, Contacted Debbie at the dealership, also very helpful and informative, let me know it was no problem to drop off for next day service. Communications were excellent! James was very personable & professional. Repairs completed in a 1.5 days: from drop off, diagnostic, repair, test drive and washed my vehicle. We own 3 Kia products and “Greenway Kia of Franklin” will be our go-to service department. Thanks, James

I had totaled my vehicle and been turned down by 3 dealerships because the loan on my totaled vehicle hadn’t been cleared from my credit report, despite my credit being 700. Not only was Greenway Kia Franklin able to approve me with the previous loan outstanding, they approved me for a more expensive, better vehicle and I couldn’t be more in love! Darrell, Dennis, Andre and everyone else we worked with were very nice, helpful, informative, and just an overall joy to work with. I bought my previous two vehicles from the same dealership, but I’m proud to say Greenway stole my business and I’ll start with them from now on for any vehicle needs.
