Friendly service. Spacious and clean rooms. Modern and elegant decor throughout. I have enjoyed two weekend stays here for a conference. The conference rooms are big and bright. Perfect location in the middle of Franklin. Plenty of shopping and eateries nearby. There is also a lot of land around the hotel to walk around outside.

Lobby was very nice. Hallway carpet was up at every seam. Beds were very low to the floor. When we left the room, somehow the indoor lock engaged. After about 20 min, they got the door open. Staff was nice and breakfast was good.Walkability: Not really.

Feels new or refreshed. Comfortable beds and decent sized double room. Bath/shower pretty modern and spacious. Water pressure a little low. Hot water is HOT! Friendly, helpful staff. Food a little pricy. Decent bar selection but could use more draft beer options.Rooms: Spacious. Plenty of usable power and USB ports.Safety: Police officer stationed in lobby after 8:00pm.Walkability: Not really close to anything.

Stayed 2 nights over NYE weekend. Bonvoy member that has stayed here multiple times but not sure we will again. The elevators were dirty and cold the entire trip. Granted there were young hockey players overrunning the hotel that were loud and rambunctious so that may have been a contributing factor. This is the second stay in a couple of months where the toilet kit was broken and had to be repaired during our stay. We asked for the room not to be cleaned but it was cleaned anyway. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. NYE was incredibly loud with kids running up and down the halls. Again, hotel cannot control children. The worst part was the fact was that early on New Year's Day, housekeeping was knocking on the door and even attempted to come in before we could get to the door. Really? On New Year's Day? Wouldn't you think you might schedule employees a little later on this particular day especially for Bonvoy members that have extended checkout?The attendant was apologetic but at this point the damage was already done. She was just doing her job. We called the front desk to explain that we wanted to leave a message for the manager of what happened and that perhaps they should consider scheduling housekeeping later on New Year's Day. She informed us that she would let the manager know but this was a business day for them and laughed. Not even an apology was offered. Stayed there multiple times and housekeeping has never knocked on the door that early. Marriott is our brand of choice but an apology or understanding would be more of what one would expect.
