I’ve been coming here for 7+ years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Never a complaint! I have a dipping powder French manicure and always have a pedicure. The polish always stays on and never chips!
Thao is the greatest and the whole staff is delightful! It’s so relaxing to come here. Plus, I can call and get an appointment or walk in! Thank you Franklin Nails

I have been going to Franklin Nail n Hillsboro Rd for 20 years! They are the best! Nothing better than sitting in the massage chair and soaking my feet in warm water and getting the full pedicure treastment with my favorite Big Apple Red on my toes and my favorite manicure in Bubble Bath Gel nail!

I would highly recommend dip or gel! This is more of their speciality. They do a fantastic job, and they pay attention to detail! Their normal pedicure is good and relaxing as well.

I've been going to this nail salon for many, many years for pedicures. But on Nov. 15, I decided to use my birthday money and get a dip polish for the first time since my husband and I had an anniversary dinner that night. I was told by one employee that it was $50 and that it's better than the regular polish because it will last 4-6 weeks. A customer even agreed. But then another employee who didn't speak much English told me the price was $60. She made me pay first which I thought was kind of weird and I added $12 for the tip. I had no polish on my nails so they only needed a shorter cut. But she was so sloppy and very quick. She only used the exfoliating gel on my left hand. She took a personal phone call and was distracted. Since I had never had a dip polish before, I didn't know what to expect as far as the dip and sloppy work goes. I also noticed that the customer next to me who also got a dip polish got to pay afterwards. You can imagine my anger only 5 days later when my nails and cuticles already started looking horrible! The lady who did my nails obviously did an extremely poor job and it was NOT worth $72! I won't be going back to this nail salon for my pedicures anymore. Writing this review, just 11 days after getting the dip polish, I'm seriously thinking about wearing gloves at Thanksgiving because they're only going to get uglier and uglier. I'm angry and very upset about this. $72 for a manicure that only lasts 5 days is ridiculous!! They weren't even smooth right after because I kept snagging my shirt in the parking lot! The owner has always been nice, but I doubt she'll reach out to make this right. I won't be returning. The reason I'm finally leaving this review is because I'm livid. I don't pamper myself often, but I spent a lot of money that morning getting my hair done for the first time since Covid and decided to finally get a manicure too since it was a special occasion. This photo shows that the $72 was a complete waste of money! Again this is only 11 days later. I'm ticked off because every time I scratch my head or put my hair up now, I yank out strands of hair. Hair keeps getting caught where the polish has lifted off my nails! You can clearly see that they're not even shiny in places anymore and have even started to chip. I'm very disappointed that Tina hasn't reached out to make this right because for years I always believed she was professional.

Funny, friendly accommodating salon. Took me as a walk-in right before closing and made me feel very welcome. Good prices, great salon pedi chairs, very clean and nice selection of colors.

My tech did amazing with the purple ombré. It is absolutely perfect! They took me as a walk in and finished quickly while still taking time to make it great! Exactly what I wanted!

Went with my mother-in-law for a Mani Pedi and left feeling so taken care of. The service is amazing! Wish I had them where I live!! Would recommend to anyone!
