I worked with Jennie Butler who was referred to me by my brother in law. He said she was amazing which sounds pretty great but amazing doesn't begin to describer her. The service we received was OUTSTANDING! I felt like we had our own personal assistant through the process. She is extremely knowledgeable and got us information immediately. With the market being fast and crazy she was able to update our qualification letters on the fly. It didn't matter if it was the weekend. I don't know if it is even possible to have better service in anyway. You would be fortunate to work with this team.

How can we thank everyone at FirstBank enough? When we thought our hopes of buying this home were all but lost, FirstBank came along and saved the day. Thank you, FirstBank, for making my wife & I's dreams come to fruition. Without the efforts of Allison, John, Jennie & likely others, our family would probably be renting another year, preventing our money from going into investment. We plan on recommending all our young friends in search of a mortgage lender their way.

Horrible from the start. And the saddest part: my mom is a charter member. I received an automated phone call tonight from an unidentified number telling me they want to investigate possible fraudulent activity and gave me multiple choice answers. Thinking it through I reviewed my day: I got gas today at the same place I always buy gas. I went to the liquor store and bought a small bottle. No problem there. It's the same place I always go. I step inside Publix. Here's the automated phone call and they cut my card off. Right there. This too is a store I always shop AND hadn't even checked out yet. I hung up after the automated system offered me multiple choice answers on my birthday ... why would I give an unsub my critical info to potentially use against me? They cut my card off before I got to the checkout. Embarrassing. They are not open on the weekend. Now I can't use my card until I can speak with someone on Monday. The last problem I had there was at the Carothers branch. I went into the branch in person and ask them to make me a duplicate card. I know my card is home - in the washing machine. She made me a duplicate there in the branch so I would not have to reassign any of my auto payments ya linked to the card. Very thoughtful. No problem until several weeks later I did the same d*** thing only this time it was some new woman. I asked for a replacement and she got serious. Why do you need that? I explained that I was sure my card was home in a pair of jeans. she told me she could not issue a replacement because my card was LOST. her words and her assumption. I assured her the lady there had done this for me in the past. She told me my card would be along in a week to 10 days. Ok I thought it was another replacement but it was not. It was a brand new card and in the 10 days since the card was ordered, everything was declined that was associated with the original card. Including my United Communications bill for phone and data. Why does that matter? When I moved in, there was no deposit due. Now that my card bounced I had a $50 deposit per month. I contacted the bank and they have offered to reverse that charge (pay it for me). I had to convince the branch manager. What happened to customer is always right. To a bank full of wealthy owners its a drop in the hat but it cost me money every month for the Bank N*** to arbitrarily decide to cut my card off. I am supposed to bring proof. How about just fix it. That said, I cannot deposit a check in the ATM - it's not part of my profile? And when you get loved out of your account, another automated system offers to help you reset your password - again from an unidentified 855 number. After I called the branch to confirm the automated system was theirs, the associate assured me she too thinks it's weird and customers don't like it. At least identify yourself. To their defense, the Berry Farms branch is human: my debit card got stuck in their machine and they called a family member to let them know. And the Nolensville branch lady is always awesome. Corporately, These guys need to step it up. I can't check my balance by texting. I cannot deposit a check on my mobile nor can I transfer money to accounts I have access to. And it sucks they aren't open on Weekends. Country Club banking hours. Looks like I've had enough and I'm going back to Wells Fargo. Kill me now.

This is by far the worse bank I have been with. 1: on pay day I decided to pay my bills and I received emails that my bills posted and I was up to date. Well I go out enjoy myself over the weekend went riding all is good. A few days later I check my account and I'm in the negative. So I call and speak with someone and they tell me that this is an ongoing problem with their system. So now not only Can I not eat or do anything I have to pay a $34 dollar fee for everything that posted into the negative. 2: this isn't a major issue but if you have to use online banking mostly like someone on active duty in the military, go ahead and avoid this bank the online portion is atrocious and never works when it should I always get locked out of mine and have to call in I have had 3 different banks 2 smaller size banks and 1 major bank and by far this is the worst and I will be switching banks again after I pay all their ridiculous fees that which their system caused

DO NOT BANK HERE. They are ridiculously strict on overdraft fees and have zero understanding of special situations.
