Amazing guy Jeremy as we were shopping for cards amongst various items, Jeremy helped us out and took his time in explaining everything we needed, thoroughly. The store had alot of merchandise and was well kept.

The manager, Joey, is a rock star. After getting several low ball offers from local card shops for a few graded pokemon cards, I decided to see what Gamestop would offer. Joey made an incredibly fair offer and was super easy and fast to deal with. I really appreciate the fact that he took the time to inspect the slabs and has even has PSA training. This protects sellers and buyers. 100% will look at Gamestop as a go to for selling graded cards.

drove down from Nashville because they close at nine, got there at 8:45, mall doors were locked and no one answered the phone at Gamestop. Annoying to make a trek for nothing.

Joey was the most helpful!! I called several times looking for a specific set of mystery boxes and he was so kind every time!! I was able to complete my set thanks to this awesome store! Everyone there was so friendly and happy to help! Will 100% be back!?

I'm currently relocating from Orlando, Fl and stopped by the GameStop in Cool Springs Galleria. We initially were waiting to invest in a PS5 for our son who's recently graduated high school. Going in we were initially just getting pricing/info, well we ended up going home with one early! The store manager was fantastic and super friendly/knowledgeable about Sony and other products. There was another girl with short blonde hair who was so sweet! Moving to Franklin this will definitely be a monthly visit for us! "Jane Fonda" got us taken care of!

This store regularly closes an hour before their posted closing time - drove 30 minutes to pick up a game tonight only for them to be closed an hour early. Not a staffing issue clearly - as two employees were inside just chatting. Incredibly frustrating.

It's 4:30pm and you're closed! Lights are off. Lazy workers, you choose at 6pm but you decided to leave and miss loads of customers. What a sad and disgraceful ran store.
