I called from Indianapolis, to ask them to help my daughter with a vehicle repair, as she was stranded and needed help. These guys were awesome. Jacob was kind to my daughter and helped get her car back in business.Glad to see there are honest, good people in this world.

I recently visited gateway in cool springs to price some tires for my car; Jacob was helpful but he was constantly grooming himself behind his desk made me feel very uncomfortable.

keep in mind I used gateway for several years in the 2000s, and never a problem. Something's changed, so I'm leaving this review. I had my diesel truck repaired late summer into early Fall. I've debated leaving a review, and decided to do so because my experience was so egregious, I think others should know before using gateway. I dropped my truck off in late July, with the understanding they couldn't get to it for a few. Despite repeated calls, I didn't get my truck back for five+ weeks, and only then after beginning to call every other day. There were days they said they were working on it. But in my drive to work daily I could see it in the parking lot park behind another vehicle, having never moved since I first dropped it off. Although I can't prove it, I suspect the job they did was billed at a higher rate because of my increasing sense of urgency to get my truck back. That statement comes from a few weird conversations I had with their main guy in repair (towards the end). Perhaps I am to blame because a few years ago I had another disappointing experience with their general manager, who installed an aftermarket bumper different than what I ordered and was billed for. Reinstalling the bumper with the winch, lighting and sensors would've required another couple of days after waiting on the correct part, but in hindsight, that's what I should've made them do. Why did I go back to them after that experience? I actually tried to go to Christian Brothers, because of their excellent reputation, but they don't have a diesel tech, and I was in a hurry to get my truck repaired. I won't make that mistake again.

Been going here for over 20 years. Bought a new tire the other day....they charged $20 just to balance ONE tire, and also charged $6 to fill it with nitrogen. Gateway seems to be getting very greedy.

Usually this is my place to go, services has been great most of the times, they've patched my tiers couple time for free, and usually car service is always on point.kind of bitter sweet experience going on right now, I moved out from Franklin but still going there for service, after latest service last week, my car has been leaking fluids, so kind of hard to go back since they don't take appointments to check it outUpdate:After visiting car center again they told me if car was leaking oil was because of a bigger issue, and it would take maybe couple days to find out the cause.Took my car to another place and the issue was because of reused crush washer on drain plug. It be nice if they see stuff like this let clients know, I wouldn't mind to pay extra for a new part like that.

Thank you to the service member that took the few seconds to rip a stripped locking lug off my truck today. Employees like that is why your shop will always earn a 5 star review from me!

I was told that this was an honest location to have my car repaired, never again. I took my vehicle in repair and they kept it for 3 days, when they called they told me it was repaired. I drove it off the lot and it was still doing the exact thing I took it in for, I called and they told me to bring it back the next week. Keep in mind I have paid $1800 for the repairs, they called me and asked me what was wrong ( do you not keep records) so I told them again. Later that day the guy told me that when they drove it, ( so they didn't drive it the first time I dropped it off) that it could be the transmission and recommend that I get rid of the vehicle. So, why did they not tell me this before I paid them $1800 and they said it was fixed. Do not go here!!!!

I am extremely unsatisfied with my experience here at Gateway. On Monday morning at 8 am, I had my car towed to Gateway because it had good reviews and seemed trustworthy. I called them at 7 am, as soon as they opened on Monday morning, to inform them that my car would be towed there and to discuss the issues with my vehicle. I provided them with my information and details about my car and was told they would take a look at it on Tuesday or Wednesday, which is understandable.However, on Wednesday at 11:30 am, I gave them a call to get an update, and they had no idea that my car was even there! I had to give Nick my information AGAIN, and he told me they would take a look at it that afternoon. So, on Thursday at 2:30 pm, I called again wanting another update. Nick then told me they were short-staffed, but he thought when we talked on Wednesday, I would be dropping my car off to him the next morning. I had to remind him yet AGAIN that my car was already there and had been since first thing Monday morning.It is now Friday morning, and he just called me saying they lost my ticket, and when the wrecker dropped my car off, he didn't tell anyone and they had no way of knowing that my vehicle was there. Let me remind you that I called at 7 am on Monday morning to inform them and then again on Wednesday and Thursday. Nick then tells me that they are 7-10 days behind before they can take a look at my vehicle. I had to get my car towed to their building, and now, after it has sat for 5 days untouched, I will have to tow it elsewhere. I am very displeased with this service, and I do not recommend it whatsoever.

After a miscommunication, the General Manager called me and corrected the issue and was very great to work with. Thank you Gateway for correcting the problem in a timely manner and I appreciate the customer service!

Service was quick and excellent! I called them because I brought my car to a local shop to have a flat fixed - despite trying to plug the leak three times, they could not stop it. I called Gateway to get a new tire, but when I got the price (my tires are very expensive), the gentleman suggested that I give them a shot at fixing the tire first. I brought it to them, they took 10 minutes and had it patched and had me on the way home. I had purchased my tires at Gateway last year - so they did not even charge me...that was a blessing on a crazy day. Thanks guys!!!

I was in a pinch today they got me in early this morning and left it they got it fixed by the time I got off work.Really appreciate everything they did. Will definitely go their again.

Garth and his team are amazing. They took care of my blown tire and oil change. They looked over my car for another issue. Great service would highly, highly recommend them.

They did a fantastic job on my Coilover install, and communication couldn’t have been better. They called me about any issues that they ran into and made sure I gave them the okay before adding more parts/labor. Overall super satisfied with the quality of the install and the communication, I would highly recommend this shop!

Brought car in last minute on a Friday afternoon to do a performance alignment and they got me in quickly. Great service, will use again in the future.
