Overpriced. People are bringing their things for free everyday to contribute to society. The manager should think about what Goodwill stands for.

So…I come up a couple of times a year to Franklin and Murfreesboro, and love to hit the Goodwills there, because I always find some gem to take home with me. I found a Montessori Art Table (at the Franklin Store) last time I came in for $15, once I got the half off ticket price of the day discount. We found a lot of other things but I spent way too much time at checkout and pick up in the back. The employees were atrocious. The man running the register was rude, I had to repeatedly point out pricing errors, then when I went to pick up the table in the back, the men back there were complaining because I choose a rainy day to pick out furniture. The youngest gentleman I dealt with was the nicest, shocking! And he was the only one willing to make sure the furniture was all safely in the back of my truck. I only get to come up here from the rural area where I live a couple times a year, I can’t control what the weather’s gonna be on the day I’m there. Not that it should matter. The Franklin Store’s #135 employees need an attitude change in the worst way.

I used to love this Goodwill....... great, friendly staff, and lots of great bargains. But lately, the prices are going through the roof!!!! Apparently, they have a guy who looks up everything on the web, and prices things way too high!!!!C'mon Goodwill!!!!Everything is so expensive nowadays already !!! And now you guys are jacking up your prices?? You would be just as well off buying new stuff!I'm boycotting this place until they lighten up on the prices!!

This Goodwill is awesome! I come here every Sunday. The employees are always friendly. The store is always tidy. The bathrooms are always clean. Best of all, every time I come in I find at least one great deal.

My 13 year old niece had a horrible experience this past Tuesday at this location. The cashier working that night should be reprimanded or fired. Not sure if she has mistreated other customers but it’s not right that she mistreat anyone and especially children. My daughter was visiting my sister and niece and they live close to this location.

Goodwill hasn't been the same since the online shop launched.

Visiting the area and stopped in, staff very unfriendly and our cashier was male and very rude. Two women employees walking around talking about signs that were hanging in window while the line to check out just got longer and longer. We did find a few nice items. I’m glad i don’t live in area to frequent this place often.

I've shopped here quite a few times over the last few years and normally I enjoy the experience, but I was just there on a Thursday late afternoon and it was an absolute mess. I understand that this is partly to do with messy shoppers, but goodness. SO many items out of place (wrong section, size, etc), home goods strewn on the shelves (some broken)...just chaotic. It was really hard to find anything worth buying in that mess. I really hope this isn't the new normal here. I'll try in again in a few weeks and will update my review if warranted! But for now... :(

Super d*** pricing on most things, not a lot of selection for children (no shoes when I went) and I found something that was with tags for 99cents and they were asking $2 ?? I know this is supposed to be a charity but I thought the items was also supposed to be cheap so the community can buy it- pretty awkward pricing. Anywho was disappointed in the amount of home decor etc available and the prices. Up in NJ where I’m from I can get most glass wares for less than $1-2 and here it was over $7+ for things like glass bowls..

I may have just gone on a wrong day, but I was not super impressed with this location. Their skirt section is next to nonr. To be fair, I fully expected so much more out of any Goodwill located in Franklin, TN. I’ve seen better locations in the ghettos of Chicago. I find it hard d to imagine that this is all that ever gets dropped off and donated here in this area. I wonder if they’re holding the good stuff back and selling it at charity balls and events... surely not - that’s not what Goodwill was originally intended to be. Even those of us with far less money still like to look good and wear nice things.

Great selection and prices wish I would have had more time to shop completely like I wanted to. The bathrooms though definitely needed attending to because they were pretty dirty the baby changing table was completely covered and stuff I changed my child's diaper in the hall outside of the bathrooms on the floor

Price shifters. Do not honor prices on item. Price tag hidden inside shoe $5 more

Plenty of clothes to choose from though the housewares selection is typically a bit light. I've always come to purchase my uniform slacks here and have never gone away empty-handed.I would like to see more decor items but the WIDE selection of shoes is pretty impressive. There's a small formal dress rack and several racks for men's slacks and jackets.

Not the best Goodwill. The selection of items was not good. The store is clean though.
