Mayra is one of those rare professionals who turn a simple haircut into a genuinely pleasant experience. From the moment she welcomes you, you feel her calm confidence, kindness, and a level of care that’s hard to find.
She takes the time to really listen, asks the right questions, and offers thoughtful suggestions without ever being pushy. Her hands are gentle, her technique is precise, and her workspace is always spotless. You can tell she’s focused, present, and fully committed to making sure you leave happy with how you look.
What I appreciate most is how natural everything feels. Nothing is rushed or forced. She treats you like a person, not just another appointment on the list. That alone says a lot.
Great Clips is already a solid place, but having someone like Mayra there truly elevates the whole experience. I honestly wouldn’t want to go to anyone else. Highly recommended — not just for her skill, but for how she makes you feel.

Normally Great Clips is just the place for the average sub par cheap haircut. I've been here twice and that is not the case here. The first time i went is was genuinely a good haircut. I was pleased, and returned last night for a second hair cut. I think the lady said her name was Teesa. But that was not a great clips style haircut. That felt like a professional barber shop style hair cut. I was very impressed, especially with the level of detail she went to on what was essentially a buzzcut. I walked in about 630-640. They closed at 7. But i wouldn't have guessed that had i not already known. The ladies did not rush thr hair cut or try to force me out. If anything, it felt like she took longer than a normal great clips cut (longer in a good way of course). Long story short I will absolutely be returning a 3rd time when I'm ready for my next hair cut. 5 stars earned lol

My experience was so poor, I took time out to leave this review. Haircut was passable. The process of getting it was unacceptable. Seemed put off that I didn't want to give them my address. Yanked my head around, and half her cuts were pulling my hair out. Will not go back.

The online check in saves a bunch of time, and you don't need the app for it. once I arrived it was a short wait to get my hair cut. There were 10 stylists working today which kept the line moving. Good haircut for a good price.
