No apartment is perfect. You will always have some noise here and there etc. but I love ours over all so much. Low on maintenance workers so does take some time sometimes. I feel bad for our current ones doing everything. We have the two bed it’s huge bedrooms, closets, and bathrooms. It is a garden style apartment complex so you do have walk stairs if on upper floors, but if you don’t care I really would recommend checking out Greenhaven. Club house is GORGEOUS comes with games pool table tvs etc. huge gym. And nice pool. Right by grocery stores and 5 mins from DT Franklin. I wouldn’t chose any other apartment specially for the things you get and the great price point.

I moved into Greenhaven in June and have been disappointed in more ways than one. I'm counting down the days until my lease is over so I can go somewhere else. For the amount of money we're paying in rent & fees, this place is sub par. Their maintenance team, although friendly, takes forever to fix anything. It took me going down to the front office multiple times to get things fixed after I stopped a maintenance guy in the parking lot who told me they were 2 months behind on maintenance requests. The requests that I had were back from my move-in day, when the apartment was clearly not ready for me to move in. About a month ago my washing machine stopped working mid cycle and they FINALLY came to my apartment because I went down to the front office and complained again. Although the machine was filled with sitting water, they did not see this as an "emergency." However, I found it to be an emergency and attempted to call their emergency maintenance phone number that they advertise, and it didn't work. When I went to the office to let them know that none of their phones work on the weekend, the guy down there called the phone number with me standing there as if I were lying. This morning, I had a package overnighted to me. It arrived on my porch at 5:35 AM. When I walked out to my porch at 8:07 AM, it was gone. This is the THIRD package that has been stolen off my porch in my 4 months of living here. I've also had packages delivered to the front office just to be safe & the front office either takes days to notify you, or they just don't even tell you the package is there.There was also a felon hiding in one of the apartments a few weeks ago. The entire Williamson County SWAT team was at our complex for hours, and the apartment didn't even send out an email addressing the situation. I understand someone hiding a criminal is not the complex's fault, but the correct thing to do would be sending an email letting everyone know the situation was handled. Online their hours are 8:30-5:30, but I went this morning and no one was available. I've gone to the office plenty of times in the afternoon and their offices are closed early. I've lived in plenty of apartment complexes and have never had issues like this. The customer service is 0/10.

The move out here was extremely stressful. By far the worst I’ve experienced in apartment living. (there’s another review going into detail about this). Staff is nice and friendly, but these reviews on communicating (and maintenance) are completely true. At times communication can be great, then turn shakey, and then turn to hard to get into contact with. I got bitten financially in the end because of miscommunication. My best advice would be, whatever you do please have a paper trail of communications so that you have proof and/or it doesn’t come back on you.

Great property but wish it was a little more private. The amenities are amazing and it’s not far from downtown Franklin at all.

Went to look at this apartment yesterday and wait 1.5 hours for someone to help me. I thought maybe they were at lunch so, I just waited. Left and came back at 3:00pm. The man at the desk yelled across the room to help me. Would not get out of the chair. I explained I was looking for a 1 bedroom by this date. He stated it would be____. Never offered to show me an apartment, never offered to show amenities or anything else. Explained that the quote was good for 2 days. Printed out the paper, on the way to get the paper came back and took his phone like I was going to steal it. Told me to go online to apply if I wanted it. End of conversation! I can not believe I waited for this! Waste of time and I would never recommend this place to anyone. Seems nice and in a good location. But, I imagine this would be the response when you needed anything for your place. The company should look at who is managing this place!

The quality of these apartments has gone way down since first moving here in 2020 and we are forced to pay a large rent increase with seemingly no improvements! There are birds nests, garbage, mold, and dirt in the hallways and this has not been addressed the whole time I have lived here. There are bugs in the apartment all the time and we pay for pest control. The hot water runs out very quickly. And the worst part... we have had SEVERAL packages stolen from our front door over the last 5 months! The management team says there is nothing they can do, but there is no kind of security or video camera systems in any of the apartment buildings. It's such a shame that we pay a premium for these luxury apartments yet we can't live comfortably here anymore.

Great area and everyone has been friendly. I chose Greenhaven because of the website and ease of doing everything virtually. So I didn’t have the benefit of seeing everything in person. I wouldn’t exactly call these luxury apartments as stated on the website. The main issues I have are communication with management and basic upkeep of the property and hallways. Apartment pictures are from my move in day. It took 1 month and many calls, office visits, and request’s to get most of my maintenance issues resolved including many things not pictured (kitchen faucet, drawers etc). Over 2 months now and still waiting on the last issue to be resolved. Which I pretty much get the runaround weekly. I would’t mind as much if they just communicated or made it right in some other way. As I’ve offered a few options to remedy the situation. Overall for not being that old of a property it seems to be inadequately maintained. There is constant trash and debris in the hallways that never gets cleaned plus rust everywhere. Some neighbors leave their trash out of the bins and also leave bags of dog feces daily to leak all over the ground. I understand many industries are short staffed and I appreciate the maintenance team and management’s friendliness, but there is much room for improvement.

Greenhaven has been the best apartment complex that I have lived in. Staff is friendly, helpful. Maintenance has been incredible-especially Phillip! Super helpful and quick! Amenities are great here. Convenient location! Great value. Will miss living here!

This is one of the best apartments we have ever lived in. Savannah has been amazing and is a great communicator. Maintenance is on top of it. It’s been slightly slower for issues to be resolved, but that’s due to covid and they still get the job done and follow up to see how the experience went. I’m not sure if this is just a Greenhaven thing or a Lincoln property management thing, but I will specifically look for apartments owned by Lincoln if I need an apartment again in the future.

Greenhaven has been a wonderful place to live. I have lived here for almost three years and it is a great community to be part of. There are lots of community events to get to know your neighbors and the area is very well kept. The maintenance workers are always doing something to improve the area. Greenhaven is also in a perfect location. Walking distance to chick-fil-a and target as well as a short five minute drive to downtown Franklin. I have truly enjoyed living here.

I love the location and the staff! Maintenance goes above and beyond to make sure I'm taken care of and is quick to respond to requests! Being able to walk to Target or Chick-fil-A is a huge bonus.

We love living at Greenhaven! The people are super friendly, facilities and amenities are great and well kept. When we need to submit a maintenance request, it is resolved promptly.

Exceptional location, staff, finishes and amenities. My 1,200 sq. ft. corner unit has ~18 ft. ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows... extremely rare find in Franklin/Nashville for the price. Private garages are also spacious.
