I love this store! Friendly, hometown service every time I pop by. Even though they are smaller than big box stores, they have everything AND it is much easier to find.

I dropped off my kitchen knives to be sharpened on Tuesday the guy said it would take 2 to 3 days and I will receive a call to pick them up i never received a call so Friday I went to see if they were ready to be picked up and they never even got to them yet and they said they will for sure have it ready for me by Monday so I waited until Monday afternoon and they had still not sharpened them I am very disappointed and would never recommend them to anyone when it comes to sharpening knives

I have been a customer for years; since I moved to Franklin 30 years ago. I recently considered a Traeger product. I did my resurch of dealers in the area.
Not even close! These folks were the best I've ever dealt with! Knowledge, service, follow up - the complete package. The day of delivery ( I was not home); I received several calls from the persons setting up the grill always keeping me updated as to what was going on.
All retailers should take a lesson from this place. Would not hesitate to do any business with them.
