I came here to get some picture frames. There was a bit of line and a couple other guests being helped but the line moved quickly and I was able to be in and out relatively fast. The staff at the store were friendly and provided me with great information about custom frames versus pre-made frames.

I ordered a whole bolt of fabric. When I went to pick it up the associate took the plastic off and started to unravel it. I informed her that I ordered the whole bolt and she told me that she needed to still measure the amount, because if it had more than the package stated she would need to charge extra for this, and vise versa if not enough fabric. If anyone who sews enough knows, the amount on bolt is stated on the end of the bolt. I don't need to measure to look for something different from what the factory packaged. This is not the norm since this is not the 1st time I've ordered a whole bolt. What a turnoff.

Got yelled at very loudly by who I guess is the manager at the front of the store because I didn’t see the sign saying the register was closed. The only other two lines that were open were return lines and the lines were extremely long so like excuse me for not noticing the sign but did you have to be so loud and rude. Once I went to another line the lady in front of me looked back at me with empathy because she clearly observed what happened. Then after all that she opens another line and then goes and personally ask people in front of me if they had a return or not because if not they could come to the new line. Just very passive aggressive and weird. Won’t be back.

Helpful saff, great service. Hobby lobby is the place to go if you don’t need something on Sunday. They have a great selection and abundant supply of art, materials, acrylic paints, canvases, and they do a great job of framing with lots of choices. I highly recommend Hobby lobby for all your Art Supply needs.

So rude and can’t even muster up a sense of compassion or empathy! My husband, who doesn’t know how to Christmas shop as I’m the one who does it every year until this year due to being on hospice with a terminal illness, went out to find a tree yesterday. He found one at Hobby Lobby in a discounted section and did not notice or think to turn the entire tree over to see the sticker on the very bottom that said the lights didn’t work. This is my last Christmas with my kids as I am on hospice care and I have been unable to do the Christmas shopping like I usually do. My husband doesn’t know how to check for things like this and again, the sticker was on the *bottom* of the box. Today when he opened it he noticed the lights didn’t work. I called Hobby Lobby and explained the situation and the guy VERY rudely said we could not return or even just exchange it for store credit. My kids are quite upset and we cannot afford to go out and buy a whole other tree. I tried explaining to the employee that my husband does not ever do the Christmas shopping and that he did not think anything was wrong with the tree as the sticker was not visible. No one at the register bothered to point out to him that this tree was broken and that he would not be able to return or exchange it. This store has no sense of customer service for all its Christian values it loves to advertise. He couldn’t even be bothered to apologize for the inconvenience, say happy holidays/merry Christmas, or anything. He just hung up on me. Way to treat a dying customer who is just trying to make the last Christmas with her kids a good one. I understand everyone is stressed around this time and I’ve worked retail at christmastime. It sucks. But there’s no excuse for how rudely I was treated. An exchange would have been perfectly acceptable to me but he barely even let me speak. I hope you all are happy with treating a dying costumer who is just trying to make one last good or just decent memory with her family with so much hostility and rudeness that I was in shock and speechless. And then to just hang up on me? Manners are nonexistent in Franklin, TN.

What a pleasant experience. I've been to various other stores these last 3 weeks and they are a mess! However, hobby lobby was clean, near, and adequately staffed! Yay! Thank you thank you!
