My son purchased underwear from the store. He took a pair out at home and realized they were 4 inches (he’s 14 and didn’t pay attention to length). I brought it in to store the next day with receipt and all the things and they would not accept the return because the package was opened. So be advised to not purchase overpriced underwear from Hollister. Ridiculous

They use Lasership to deliver their clothes. They tried to deliver my order at midnight. I still haven't received it days later. Lasership is the worst delivery company.

Rude staff. We visited today the manager Dillan is so rude we left. We have visited this location several times. One bad employee can really change your opinion about a store.

The store was nice, clean, & organized. The guy that helped me was extremely nice & friendly. It only took him about a total of 3 mins to get my order & I was out the door. I will definitely go there again!
