I’ve been a Diamond elite for many years; however, my status was irrelevant at this property. I requested a late checkout was advised it was 12 noon. In other words, there is no late checkout. I don’t need excuses or rationales about maid staff being short staffed. Honestly, that’s not my problem ie it’s a management problem. Actually, I’m discontinuing my membership at Hilton since I happen to Ambassador with Marriott. In a nutshell, rooms were dated, bedding wasn’t the best, mediocre cleanliness so stay here at your own risk.

Very nice and clean hotel with USB & plugs anywhere you need them. We had 2 rooms and both were perfect and comfortable. The highlight of this hotel is the staff. I'm a Hilton Diamond member and I was treated like I was at a Conrad or Waldorf Astoria. The staff exceeded my expectations. All were genuinely friendly & professional.

Had a great stay. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Ms. Sheka , the housekeeping manager, made sure we had everything we needed and Jocelyn at the front desk was patient and professional during check. I wish I could mention everyone we encountered. Checking was fast and the made sure we had the type of room requested during booking. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Even the overnight front desk clerk was attentive when we came back from a night out. We brought our dog and this is definitely a dog friendly hotel. They have a well kept area for the dogs at the back of the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was hot and fresh and was kept stock during breakfast hours. Family and pet friendly hotel.

The salaried manager had to play the role of a hourly employee the night I was there and she provided amazing customer service. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. Great amenities as well.

I like the Home2 brand. This hotel room was a little worn out. Not sure how old this hotel is but it seems like it is time for a remodel. Overall, not bad. Front desk staff was very nice.Food & drinks: There are plenty of restaurants within 5 minutes or less drive.

The only negative thing I can think of.... When using Google maps or waze to find the hotel, it takes you to a medical plaza entrance and there isn't a sign anywhere that has the hotel entrance. EVERYTHING else was exceptional!Rooms: Very clean and has all the amenities that you would have at home. A full size refrigerator/freezer, sink, plates, glasses, silverware and dishwasher.

Overall, amazing experience. Access to great places within walking distance.Walkability: Close to a lot of places. Great walking paths for exercise toFood & drinks: Good breakfast. Not a lot of variety but great.

I stayed at the Home 2 Suites in Franklin/Cool Springs Tennessee in April. Unfortunately my daughter accidentally left behind a Champs bag with a brand new pair of pants in our room. I immediately called and spoke with the front desk. I was relieved to hear a housekeeper had found my package and they would send it to me. Two weeks later, I hadn’t received them. I called and sent a few messages and the manager, Tiffany, emailed me and apologized for the delay, said she had my item and would personally send it back to me and even offered to send me a tracking number. I was relieved! Well…it’s been over a week and I still have not received my item and she will not return my calls or messages. This is basically THEFT. It’s just a pair of pants but very poor customer service, dishonest, and disappointing.

This was my first stay at this type of hotel, and I was very impressed! It was the least expensive in the area, but everything was superb. The kitchenette absolutely blew me away! Real dishes, dishwasher, garbage disposal (!), a full sized refrigerator (!). Everything was clean and spotless. There’s a very nice indoor pool area and an outdoor patio area with a grill. The breakfast was okay. I was a little disappointed with the meat choices, but I’m picky. If you’re looking for a place to stay when you’re traveling for work, this would be my recommendation. We were only there one night for a basketball tournament, but I would choose them again when visiting in the area. One thing I thought was funny (and ingenious) was seeing the guy who was mopping the lobby using a leaf blower to dry the floor immediately.

Customer service is atrocious. The employee checking me in did not update my payment method to the next shift, so they charged the wrong card. I had the correct card charged in the morning, but they did not reverse the original charge so I paid twice. The manager on duty refused to print me an invoice when the digital version was not delivered by the time I was checking out. Highly do not recommend staying at this location.

This is a great hotel, about 20 minutes from downtown Nashville, this hotel is surrounded by eateries & coffee shops. All of the staff were very polite and attentive. I'll definitely be staying here again!

The property was in good shape. Most of the staff were good. Olivia at the front desk was like dealing the most hateful person you’ve met. Had multiple issues with housekeeping not cleaning the room as requested many times over the entire stay of over a month. If you ask for the room to be cleaned the night prior to the next day it didn’t happen then you go down and asked about the room being clean and then she was like oh do you have to do that before 9 AM but it was asked to be done the night prior then we just put on the system to tell them to clean the room every single day they still didn’t do it and then they came back with the same excuse. When we originally checked in, there’s no lampshade in the room on the lights then they change the rooms to another room. No lampshade overall, this day was OK it’s quiet good location, but the front desk girl Olivia will argue with you all day long it is a real smart attitude had to finally reach out to the actual property management company that runs that hotel to get any kind of resolution whatsoever, never heard from the local management whatsoever.
