Just happened to be in the area and stopped here for lunchIt’s the closed thing I’ve had to my Nanas ham sandwich since she passed in 2020. It’s not “fancy” not “hip”. It’s a good, clean, delicious sandwich with that home feel to it. Thank you and I’ll be back next time I’m passing the area.

I’ve been serving Honey Baked Hams and Turkeys for decades with the biggest issue being the long lines on pick up day before a big holiday. This year, no line but my Turkey was FROZEN SOLID! Even had freezer burn and tasted like it had been chemically frozen. Had to throw it away and scramble to have enough to serve my guests. The ham was spot on, but will never order another turkey. Also emailed the location directly twice with no response. Poor customer service which is not how HBH used to operate.Amending this review as I called the store and spoke directly to Katy the local manager. She double checked and for some reason, didn't receive my emails, but she was incredibly professional, apologized, and refunded my payment for the turkey. I was impressed by how she handled.

What can I say that hasn't been said before. This the season and the reason for Honey Baked Ham and, for once again helping make the holiday season memorable. Roasted Turkey and Honey Baked Ham was on point. Thank you to everyone who works at this wonderful company.

My first time there for breakfast, the server and atmosphere was good, the food not so good. I would not go again!

Preordered a turkey for Thanksgiving. It was worth every penny. Pick up was super easy and all of the staff members were helpful and friendly.

Honeybaked hams are .... well, honeybacked hams. You can't go wrong. There was a long line for Pickup. Pay when you order and you get in and out pretty quickly. Considering that it was the day before Thanksgiving the line moved quickly.

I absolutely love the ham and the flavored mustards, so good!! But omg, the service is just so…harsh and nasty. I get disparaging looks from every employee the second I walk in, every single time, no matter who’s working there. It’s like they’re trying to figure out something about me, and I’m clearly not passing their weird little test, so they make some awful assumptions about me and treat me accordingly. Every. Single. Time. It’s become too unnerving to justify continuing to buy anything there, which is disappointing because it’s a very convenient location for me and I do love the ham. :((( Also, it’s pretty stupid not to be able to shop somewhere because I have a different socioeconomic background than the store owners. I mean, how petty can it get?But there’s a Brentwood location, so I’ll just plan around that and drive a little more, I guess.

Excellent products. Good service. This Honey Baked franchise is yet another suffering from Williamson County's (and much of Middle Tennefornia's) shortage of worker bees. The shop is open and short-staffed. The many one-star ratings are unfortunate and many seem to be primarily rooted in pandemic supply-chain issues (e.g. it may have happened here, but not truly specific to this location.) All said, it was still morning and the single (only) counter employee did a good job with my order. The sandwiches were delicious. The employee was gracious and apologetic of the staffing situation. The manager even checked to see if help was needed. Your mileage may vary, but be reasonable. My order didn't test the local supply chain. Edward Deming's "just in time" world of plenty took a long pause that has yet to end.

Didn’t have a great experience here. Preordered a ham and for some reason the manager sold it to another customer.

Myself and 100’s of others who paid for their orders weeks ahead of time showed up this evening to be told sorry we ran out of food… we will refund your money. Families who counted on this place in advanced for their Thanksgiving meal are left to fend for themselves and hope the grocery stores still have Thanksgiving items/food available the night before Thanksgiving. A refund doesn’t cover what they just did to myself and those families that planned on this being their meal tomorrow. I am beside myself and absolutely mind blown at the lack of empathy the GM showed as he tried to justify what just happened. Unprofessional. The owner of this franchise should be ashamed of what just happens this evening.

I want to just say everyone employee at this location worked day and night to prepare the hams and turkeys that were sold. Some would show up at 5am and stay til midnight and drive and hr long drive home just to be back at it the next morning I had the pleasure of working with these ppl this week and everyone did what they could it was no one's intention to run out of food. This location was slammed all week long some ppl worked 16 hr shifts. the employees at this location are very hard working and dedicated ppl. They deserve credit for how hard they worked this week.

I ordered a ham 2 weeks ago to be reserved for thanksgiving and when I get there they inform me that they’ve oversold to walk ins and I have to fight over a quarter of a ham when I had almost 7-9 pounds for my whole family. I was lucky enough to get that quarter at triple the price but many who came after me got nothing. When I reserve something I expect it to be there. This establishment has single handly ruined many many thanksgivings this year. I heard the brentwood one was also having problems.

Honeybaked Ham stole Thanksgiving.Perhaps their ham was two sizes too small.Whatever the reason, wrong or right, Honeybaked ham had no turkeys or hams tonight. To Kroger’s I went with haste to find turkey and ham to be prepared at my place. With no time to spare I cooked up our feast, this year for thanksgiving we eat Roast Beast!!Maybe Thanksgiving doesn’t come from a store. Maybe Thankagiving, perhaps means a little bit more.

This place literally cancelled 1000 orders the day before thanksgiving without notifying anyone. This place is a disgrace. They charged us for a ham and the day before thanksgiving tell us as we arrive in the store they are completely out of food and your on your own. Wow. Cannot believe this right now……..Do not trust this company with your thanksgiving meal needs !!!! Beware.
