I found this dealership on the Car Edge website and I can't recommend Haj and the entire Internet sales team enough. I'd give more stars if I could. I am now driving a car that I love, for a price that I wanted. The entire experience, from finding the car online, to speaking to Haj about the details, to getting the car delivered was smooth and well communicated.Thank you Haj and Hyundai of Cool Springs! I did a *lot* of research before buying this car, and this dealership really came through!

If I had known how poor the service department access is I would never have bought my car at Hyundai of Cool Spring.I've had my car for 7 months and have 2000 miles on it and thought it was time for an oil change. The earliest available oil change appointment was 60 days out. Remember that when you go in to make a purchase or consider them for service.

Car was admitted for a free recall adjustment today. Staff were great and the waiting lounge was amply supplied with coffee and treats. They said it would take 90 minutes and it did. Best of all it came back looking all clean and shiny - courtesy wash and vacuum. Thank you Hyundai - you excelled yourselves once again!!!

Great experience with scheduling, the service advisor, and other dealership staff. Excellent communication and follow-up - the waiting area was pleasant and stocked with snacks and beverages. This dealership is far from my East Nashville home - however, after my terrible experience with a dealership close to home - Downtown Hyundai - it was well worth the drive to receive competent and capable service with staff who really care.

Had a great experience at Hyundai of Cool Springs. I worked with Michael Bolling and Jay Vallecillo when I first visited. The Test Drive went well, so I brought my wife back a few days later and she also liked the car. I told them I wanted to look around and do my due diligence on the price. One of the sales managers, Eddie Fagan, comes out to have a chat. Long story short, he ended up offering me a better deal than I was expecting. I’m used to deals taking several days and multiple calls to get done. Could I have saved a little more money by dragging it out? I’m sure, but my time is also valuable. No buyers remorse here. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with any of those guys again. I’m sure they’ll offer me unlimited free oil changes on the EV for this review. ?

We worked with Jay Vallecillo and his Team at the Hyundai Of Cool Springs dealership for purchase of a new Hyundai Palisade. Overall we had a great experience. Jay provided information regarding the vehicle prior to our visit, assisted us with test drive and evaluation of our trade in, and purchase of the vehicle. The process was smooth and easy - we were out of the sales office and financing in less than 30 minutes. Thank you Jay and Cool Springs Team!

JOE IS AMAZING! A lot of dealerships now want to "work with the numbers." Hyundai of coolsprings did not do that. They simply gave me a good deal. It's hard to find a dealership that will leave you smiling, not only with your product (car) but with the deal that was agreed on. I was there for at most 2 1/2 hours. They made the buying experience so easy, and everyone is so genuine and I really mean that. If you are looking for a good dealership and good folks, seriously go to Hyundai of cool springs. Seriously fantastic people. Best dealership experience I've had. (Have had 4.)

Craig was fantastic. I met with the finance manager in a respectable period of time to close the deal, after he located me a car in a timely manner. I love my brand-new Elantra. My paper license plate and its mount had somehow fallen off my car, so I went to the dealership and quickly obtained a replacement. Cool Springs Hyundai is fantastic!

Dillon was very professional throughout the whole service. He made sure I was well taken care of while I was waiting and was very thorough when explaining my maintenance plans. He made the not so fun oil change into a friendly smile worthy experience.

I took my car in for a window that would not roll down. I paid 860$ for a repair that included a $200 diagnosis fee.Five days later after picking my car up, I rolled my car window down and it never rolled back up. Called about the previous failed repair and was told that the could not get me in for 2 more days. You would think they would offer a carAnd let the customer know to bring your car back ASAP, we want to make this right. Didn’t happen in this case. My car sat for 2 days at my work location with with a window fully rolled down until they could get me in, Good thing it didn’t rain!Took my Tucson back a second time only to be told they had missed a repair and I needed to pay another almost 500$ for a part. Labor would be free due to their lack of not catching it the first time. Oh, no car rental offered and wait, didn’t I pay a $200 fee for diagnosis? Yes, they did come down on the part price and I paid no labor fee the second time , but I had to pay another 200$. My window cost almost1,000 to fix. Hyundai just lost a customer and I would get ANOTHER OPINION on ANY repair from this location. A misdiagnosis should be on them, not the customer.I will say, Forrest was a very courteous and friendly service representative.

I got service done on my vehicle. They were overall nice and pleasant.If you go here, please get a second option on any service they state your car needs or recommends. They tried to get me all new brakes and rotors even thought I got them checked a month ago and they were fine. I even went to another shop to get them inspected after. Plenty of life left.They were nice but also ensure you stand your ground on things that don’t seem right, especially if your car is under warranty.Trust your gut(and a second opinion) not them.Best of luck!

We recently purchased a vehicle from Darius Ross at Hyundai of Cool Springs. Best car buying experience ever! We met with Darius on a couple of occasions over the course of two days. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. He took us on a long test drive and spent a lot of time showing my daughter all of the safety features. No high pressure sales tactics involved. We highly recommend Darius and this dealership!

Jarret and the rest of the team at Hyundai of Cool Springs were absolutely fantastic to work with. Their team is extremely patient and welcoming and made the entire test-drive, trade-in, and purchase experience the most painless I've ever experienced! The other thing I must acknowledge as well is the honesty I received from everyone on the team as I went in having done plenty of my own research and can confirm they know their stuff and are there to help you get what you need.

I really like my Santa Fe. However, this dealership, I do not know how they operate or why they operate the way they do.When we bought our Santa Fe from them in 2014, they gave us several “Free” oil changes. Every oil change lasted 90 minutes to 2 hours, WITH an appointment(a couple were even longer than 2 hours). Another local dealership where we purchased another car from recently, their turn around time is less than 60 minutes. I understand they are not a quick change oil place but 2 hours for an oil change is really too long to wait.Also, they try to up sell you on extra work. Which is fine. I know maintenance is needed on the car but when they recommend a fix that was done recently, it makes me question the dealership and/or their mechanics.I like my Santa Fe and will look at Hyundai’s again in the future but I will look at other dealerships.
