The staff was friendly but the first associate sent me on a wild goose chase then a young gentleman took me directly to the item that I needed.

Drive from Memphis to shop in this mall. Memphis has to much crime. JCPenneys much better here. Plus all the food and shopping around this area.

Very friendly staff and very helpful in helping us to find what we were looking for. The poor cashier tried to help us apply for a credit card, but the customer service people were not friendly and not very helpful at all!! We were on the phone for almost 30 minutes and still didn't get a credit card, and during that time, the store closed, and there were people in line behind us!!

We were glad that we found what was needed for an event. However, it was difficult to find an associate to help. When I did find an associate, she was kind and did her best to be helpful, but she didn't speak English very well. Fortunately, I speak enough Spanish to get along, and we communicated without issue. She was really great!
Then we had to check out with our clothing.
The line was ridiculously long. The other associate, though kind and doing her best, didn't know how to operate the POS when broached with a pricing issue.
This is either poor management (lack of management) and/or insufficient training.
