You walk in and won’t even be greeted nor asked if you need help. The 3 cashier girls are too busy talking. Was in the store for 10 minutes and one once did they assist me or stop talking amongst each other

We weren't even looking for shoes, but my daughter wanted to stop in because it "looked cool"
The store had all the shoes a young girl dreams of.
Both young ladies working were very friendly and offered help right away.
My daughter is in between sizes and very picky.
Natalie went above and beyond in helping my daughter find the perfect shoes and even found her some matching Pokémon socks! She was so patient and helpful.
My daughter loves her new shoes and socks!
It was nice to see these young ladies be so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about their jobs!!

Went in on Wednesday 7/26/2023 around 3:45 with my 7 y/o daughter. There were 2 employees working. We were not acknowledged AT ALL! I purposely walked around several times to see if we would get acknowledged or helped….We were not!My daughter & I were the only BLACK customers in the store. The 2 employees helped everyone else but us. I watched them. I finally said something to them about not acknowledging us or asking if we needed help & we get the weak apology. And still NO help after that.I took my business to SHOE CARNIVAL & spent $115 on 2 pair of shoes for my daughter. Good customer service is still important to me & just because we are BLACK does not mean we are not PEOPLE!!!!!!! SHAME ON YOU BOTH!

Benito Guerrevo in the Cool Springs Journeys kids restored my faith that retail still has purpose. He was patient, helpful, understanding, welcoming and downright an INCREDIBLE sales person. I normally do all shopping online, and after being in several other stores in the mall searching for shoes, and realizing I should have just tried online, we stumbled on Journeys Kids. It was his service, selection and the experience he brought that will keep me coming back to this brand. Awesome awesome job.
