Absolute trash location. Dealing with Kia in pretty much any of middle Tennessee is a pain in the ass. They have zero communication, and have quite a bit of attitude when they finally answer the phone. Whoever the female receptionist is can get fucked.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GREENWAY KIA OF FRANKLIN!!! Likely fair to say simply not to do business with Greenway Kia at all. I sold them my car over 2 MONTHS AGO and still HAVE NOT BEEN PAID. They owe me $3,000 dollars, and I have paperwork to show for it. At the time of sale, they promised 2-4 weeks to receive my check in the mail. At this point, they should pay me interest on that $3,000. If the script were flipped, I'd have collections coming after me. I have reached out to Matthew Cooper, who has been my main point of contact, countless times since the sale -- every inquiry about my check has been met with excuses, avoidance, "I'll run it up the chain," blame shifting, and every bit of a lack of professionalism or urgency. Last I was told by the GM is that corporate was overnighting my check to me. That was 3 days ago... still no $$$. To add insult to injury, Dennis Johnson (General Manager) keeps sending me emails offering me full reimbursement for my recent service visit if I will sell them my car. I fully expect that amount to be added to the amount I'm already owed for the car I already sold them 64 days ago as of today.

The worst service I ever had, we came here for oil change appointment James told us minimum of 2-4 hours of wait, so we went to the mall and wait there, he told they need to order the parts for the seat, parts arrive after 2 weeks, showed up on appointment and expecting this should be quick so I waited in the lobby, he texted me twice that my car should be ready(lie) then he told me verbally they getting ready to pull up my car( another lie) I waited 6 hours in the lobby, from 12-6close. James told me they need to keep my car for at least 2 days(another lies) after 4 days I texted for update he said parts hasn't arrive yet, they kept my car for 12 days in the shop( and we using this for service for kids, so hard with out it) I tried to call manager name Chris to complain but he never answered, will never go back to this place

My wife and I bought a new 2023 Telluride early this year after a CONSIDERABLE amount of research. We looked at EVERYTHING: Lexus, GMC, Chevrolet, BMW, etc., but had been really curious about the Tellurides for a few years. The only thing that gave me pause was THIS DEALERSHIP...nevertheless, we made the purchase. Let me start by saying, we absolutely love this car. Love it. Probably our favorite vehicle ever, and we've owned a variety of nice vehicles (Lexus, Mercedes, Volvo, Ford, etc.). However, I really worried about the quality of the service department when our scheduled maintenance intervals occurred. SERIOUSLY considered NOT buying a Kia simply because of the vibes this location gave off. Took it in for its first maintenance interval having been told that the first service would be complimentary. The first interval is 8K miles. What they fail to tell you is you have to get the service in the first 5K miles. Hmmmm...ok? I pick my car up a while later and once I get home I realize the tire rotation I was supposed to receive never happened. Quite frankly, I'm not certain the oil change happened (though I did check to make sure there was something in there). Look, I've seen enough reviews to confirm that I will NEVER, EVER bring my car back here. EVER. Thankfully it was a simple check-up, but there are FAR better places in Franklin to take your vehicle to, even if they aren't a Kia-specific dealership (I'd recommend Christian Brothers Automotive).

Wish they had an option for zero stars because that's all this place should get. 3rd time in here and hoped that these guys just had a bad day and service improves, but boy did they prove me wrong. Their mechanics get the car filthy dirty, my car has a light interior and upon picking it up, the steering wheel/seat/door panel are covered in oil stained handprints, the carpet is dirty with shop dirt, unbelievable. The complimentary car was is a joke as well, car is dirty and soap stains all over, rims aren't even touched. Avoid at all cost. Never coming back here again.

My mom and I were walking around looking at the used cars, and within maybe 90 seconds of being there, an employee (I believe his name was Mo) approached us and was incredibly rude. The first thing he asked me was if we were lost. He then seemed to take personal offense when I said that we had gone to other lots already that morning to shop around. We told him my budget and he told me there was "no way I would find anything" with that budget and that all of their used cars were "well over what I could afford." 0/10 customer service skills.

Tried to buy a new car. They agreed to have the one I wanted delivered from another location the next day. No call, and they wouldn't answer the phone. Stopped by the dealership to find they hadn't even started the process to get the car. Asked for an hour to get the car. Time passes again with no call and not answering phone. Drove to the Murphreesboro Kia and got what I wanted with absolutely no hassell.

Here's how bad the service department is: I have a free oil change and will never return to use it. I made an appointment for a mileage-specific service. Upon arrival the lack of signage led me to part in the lot and walk inside where a coupe small signs pointed down a couple passages to the service bay. I walked outside and stood there for 20 minutes at the SAME counter as two employees who NEVER even made eye contact. After 20 minutes my friend stood there at the desk and called inside to ask what we should do since nobody would even look at us. She sent someone outside to say they were busy and would be with us soon. My first thought was that they couldn't be too busy since they guy sitting on the stool texting the entire time could have been making some sort of work effort. Finally, after another 10 minutes I was able to check-in. By the way, an appointment here is merely a suggestion--they do not honor appointments. I was told the standard service on my car would take 2.5-3 hours to complete. I was obviously mad and this was most certainly NOT the first time they have had to deal with these situations (one was there as we left). After 1:15 they came to return my car. I drove to the next destination and realized the tires had not been rotated as promised. I then had to drive back from Brentwood to get this done. Who knows if they even changed the oil, or any filters. As long as it's documented the warranty can cover it when the d*** thing blows up. I will not ever buy another Kia or Hyundai based off this poor service. I would not have been mad to begin with if someone had just made eye contact and said "we will be with you as soon as we can." Customer service comes here to die...

Giving one star is too generous. I bought a car from this dealership on 5/16/23. I had to deal with the manager being inappropriate and felt like my inexperience with it being my first car-buying experience was (and is still being) taken advantage of. There was an error in my paperwork that I didn't catch until leaving the dealership, in which an unwanted warranty was added. I went back less than 24 hrs after I got the car and was told that it was an easy fix to get this resolved. Nothing has been fixed. My calls are rarely, if ever, returned (even when I've been told I would receive a follow-up). It is nearly impossible to get them on the phone to even discuss what needs to happen to get this done. I've been strung along since I got the car and I feel like my money is being held hostage.

Service is terrible. Understaffed. Service department is always busy, running behind, and overworked. They're always apologizing for the wait, the lengthy time for repairs, for everything. Management needs to do something. Been going there for 2 years because of the warranty on my vehicle. But I would avoid this dealership if you can. As soon as my service plan is done. I will be too.

This is honestly the worst dealership ever, very disappointed with the service, and if I had the option I would put 0 stars down. My car broke down in Columbia, and this was the dealership it was towed to. I'm a college student who lives in Georgia and I was trying to get home but my car had different plans. I have a Kia Forte 5 2017, and I've never had any issues with it, and I love my Kia dealership back at home. However, it was June 2nd, 2022 when my car was towed to the Franklin Kia Dealership. For the 10 months it's been in the shop, there has been absolutely no communication. I have one phone call from someone in the service department in September only saying the car still wasn't fixed. I went to go see my car in September, where it was outside in their parking lot with all the wires out. My car is under warranty for things like this, however, after months of no communication from them and getting nowhere, I was able to get Kia to set up getting a rental car for me until it was fixed. They were able to fix it in a month. Wow, that's surprising they could fix it that fast now that they were paying for my rental lol. It only gets better though because they failed to tell me that they fixed the car, and decided to call enterprise (the place my rental car came from) and tell them that they were now going to stop paying for my car. I never was told by Kia that my car was done, never was told that they were now going to stop paying for the rental. So now they expect me to pay for the rental that they set up, and they expect me to pay for the car that has been in their shop for way over half a year even though it's under warranty because "a mouse chewed through the wires, which is why it broke down and the warranty doesn't cover that." It has been in their parking lot for months with the wires hanging out everywhere. Funny how they just now found that out after months of staring at those wires. Unbelievable, horrible service. Will never be coming here again or buying a Kia and I give you the advice to do the same. The workers here don't care about you, and take advantage of you if you're young & know not much about cars. Very sad.

I loved my Kia Soul. So much, to the point I'd said to many that whenever my car decided to go, I'd be buying a brand new one off the lot (and I've never bought a brand new vehicle). Last weekend my engine gave out on me, and a mechanic suggested I take it to the dealership in order to look at issues more in depth. I'm open to anything, as I need a car, so I make some calls and get an appointment. The gentleman on the phone when making the appointment told me my car would be looked at by the end of the week (it was Wednesday, so within 3 days). I go to the lengths of getting a tow truck, and getting my car there. We walk up to find out where to drop my car, and the men working the desk tells us where to drop and that they would be in contact with me in 4-6 weeks when they can look at my car. What?! No. I was told 3 days. I was severely fibbed to. Apparently they are 4-6 weeks behind and not a chance. Luckily my kind tow truck company stuck around and helped me get it elsewhere as there was not a chance it was staying there. Never would I recommend this place, or purchasing another Kia. What I ended up learning from the mechanic shop I ultimately towed my car to is engine failure (my car's demise), is incredibly common for my make/model. So as much as I loved my car for the 4 years I had it, can't say I'll ever purchase another.

Zero stars. I first purchased a vehicle from here after extremely pushy sales service and making me feel guilty for having them print paperwork. This vehicle was sold to me as a first-time buyer with no spare tire. I bought a 2016 KIA Soul. The end of 2022, my engine completely died, and I got it towed to this location Dec. 7th. They were scheduling 2 weeks out, so I made an appointment for Dec. 19th. I got no update that day after multiple texts confirming my appointment, so I called. I was told by the woman at the front office that the appointment should not have been made -- they were scheduling 2 weeks out. Dec 19th was 2 weeks after I called for the appointment. After that, there were about 4 back-and-forth's about someone looking at my car, then not being in, then being on lunch/not available to talk, and then xyz. Jan. 3rd, I was told that my car needed a new engine after a week of no responses. Jan 9th came around with no response to a text, and then Jan 13th, I expressed my concern again and was told KIA approved my engine replacement. I was never told before this date that my diagnostics had even been ran, which is what the DEC 19TH appointment that they "didn't have time for" was made for. No ETA on backordered engines on the 1/23. On Feb 6th, I asked to confirm that I am on the list for a new engine. They said yes. I have not heard one word since, except the manager will still continuously email me about buying the car, which I have called about and they say can only be done once the engine is replaced. I went to grab pictures from my car here after a month or two of being in there, and they made me walk around the entire building in about 40 degree weather, walk out to my car without the keys because they "unlocked" it, proceeded to close the service door I walked to my car to alone, and it was locked. I had to walk back and knock on a garage-like service door for them to unlock it, unlock my car again, bring the keys back, and proceed to leave the building with zero communication. This place has had my car for 3 months now, has no communication skills, lies to customers to brush them off, and is extremely disorganized. DO NOT bring your car here, buy from here, or trust this location.
