I've been to this Kroger gas station several times and my Kroger grocery points do not show up on their computer. But I go to other Kroger gas stations and it works fine. So I don't think you can use your gas points at this store

Women's restroom hasn't been cleaned in over a week, maybe two. Garbage is all over the floor and pushed into the stalls and overflowing the can with a BLOODY rag sitting on top. Was told they have a nightly janitor - I'm a janitor, and if I left a job like that I'd be FIRED.

The store itself is nice and clean but the checkers and bagger that I encountered have absolutely no customer service skills. I put my items on the belt and said hello. She looks at me. No response just dragging my stuff over the scanner. Bagger bagging up my stuff doesn’t respond. Time to pay, the checker tells me my total, I tap my card on the kiosk, I get handed my receipt and my cart gets put in front of me without a word of thank you or did you find everything ok or did you need any help or just a simple thanks for shopping…. Got nothing. They were probably in their early 20s. That generation is sorely lacking in people skills.🙄

If your store closes early at 6:00 p.m. because of the snow day you should have updated your hours of operation like everybody else

This location continues to go further and further downhill. They have the clientele all around them to have a first rate store, but apparently just depend on their location to keep enough business coming in the doors to keep the lights on. I had already learned to never shop here from 7 o’clock on because they shut down 98% of the cash registers and lines to check out or down the isles. Just went in at 10:15 AM and it’s the same thing. Considering that after visiting to departments, I was not going to be able to get all that I needed at Kroger due to them being out of stock on common items. I did what I’ve been doing for the most part lately. I headed over to Publix a quarter mile away where it is brightly lit,they have cashiers, the service desk is actually open etc. And while I’m at it when I go to the deli at Publix, I don’t just get rudely told that we already have sliced meat out there for you. They actually ask you what you want and cut it to order at Publix.

I always take sushi in this location and for me there is very little wasabi and every time I have to ask to put a little more. I asked about it more than 6 times and during this time no one complained about me and all the staff were very polite and helped with this. Many thanks to the sushi chef who makes sushi, they are really very tasty and he smiles every time I come up. Very nice people !

You know I’ve been shopping at this Kroger for over 20 years and today November 24, 2024 is the first time that I felt I have been treated disrespectfully and unprofessionally.
I need help in finding an item and when I asked the store manager… Temporary store manager… Scott totally was unhelpful and unprofessional in his response. I was working as a Instacart shopper. He totally chalked up his lack of knowledge of store layout to my inability to manage my Instacart app Ya know Scott it’s people like you that make hard-working people like me want to change the way they do business and who they do business with. You should work on your approach, buddy.

We ordered groceries for pick up early this afternoon for pick up later in the early evening. Apparently there were technical issues and they were running late-which totally fine, one can be understanding- and our pick up time was pushed to 7:30pm/8pm. My husband calls the store at 8pm to ask if our groceries are ready because we got no alerts or calls… he speaks with an incredibly unprofessional person who says “umm no, umm I don’t think so”, he proceeded to ask if there was any intention of them calling to let us know our groceries aren’t/wouldn’t be ready, to which she replied “umm I’m not sure.” We proceeded to ask to speak to a manager… “Umm he’s not here right now.” Every valid question asked regarding getting the groceries we ordered and paid for was met with umm’s and no actual response. We are livid at the lack of care, concern, professionalism, and courtesy. We can be understanding of issues happening beyond their control, but if you were able to call us once for a heads up, where was the rest of the communication and courtesy. We had none of our groceries for our planned dinners and now we will go to work tomorrow without our planned lunches, etc. Poor customer service, we are highly disappointed and want this rectified.

If it’s common practice to let the bathroom and frozen food department look like this I would hate to think what goes on in the back of the produce and meat department. I asked the cashier for a paper towel so I could correct the problem but she instead asked the bag boy to take care of it. However he simply wrapped a paper towel around the pint of ice cream and put it in the bag. I guess it’s okay if it gets all over the groceries or me or my car ! This doesn’t happen at Brentwood or Antioch or Smyrna. Only at the Franklin location. I can only assume it is due to very poor management.

Stop the use of Ai with the self-checkout! It’s so damn annoying that it accuses me of stealing every single time!!!
I purposely now steal after this becoming an ongoing issue. I have easily stolen over $300 worth of groceries. Treat me like a thief, I will just act how I am treated then.

I always love stopping at this Kroger when I'm in the area. Always nice and clean, well lit, everything well stocked. Nice variety of items to choose from.

I love this store!!! Everything is clean and organized. Staff are friendly and prices are great. You need to try the Deli’s Chicken Salad: its GREAT!
