Just left lavender nail spa, absolutely loved my service there. I was a walk-in with no appointment and they got me in immediately on a Saturday. I got a gel pedi, and I am pretty picky about my toenail shape. Tee was wonderful ! She was efficient shaped my toenails perfectly. I thought the price was very fair and I didn’t sit there for an hour which I love. She got all my cuticles and I even pre booked an appointment! Definitely recommend.

Waited 30 minutes even though I had appointment and did not give me technician I made an appointment with. Gentleman who did my nails was rude when I was trying to explain to him the shape I wanted. Also tried convincing me to switch to a different service, though I booked dip and have done dip for several years and always liked it. He answered phone and walked away several times. Ended up getting out much later than expected. Also walked through pricing with him and it was higher than expected because he did not mention there was a price difference between round and almond (though they are almost the same). Overall poor experience, would not return.

Very quick, easy service! I am often told my nails are quite small and difficult to do, but the woman actually complimented me on my nails and I wasn’t cut or hurt at all (an issue I’ve had at other salons). It only took maybe 15-20min for my builder gel, and she helped me make the color a bit darker when I requested. They turned out perfectly!

My daughter turned 12yrs old today! To celebrate we got her first big girl set of nails! She asked for some difficult art and the guy was so confident and never hesitated her wish was his command. They were so very nice and looked pretty busy but definitely you can tell have been busier. They treated us with respect even though I looked a hot mess coming from work and they really just accomplished what we asked. My lady even suggested some helpful tips. I’m very happy we went in to see them and will be going back soon.

This is the first time I have been here since management has changed. I chose the Hot Stone pedicure. Linda was my technician. The treatment was perfect and so relaxing!

They did make some mistakes and I had to come back, however, they admitted their mistake and fixed it. Make sure to inspect your main/pedi before you leave. They said that it's against their policy to issue even a partial refund (I had other plans afterward and am moving out of state, or I wouldn't have even suggested a partial refund). They have a huge selection of colors for regular, gel, and dip. They play some hits music wise and offer a complimentary drink. I really appreciate their honesty and commitment to make it right though. They're kind and honest people.

Adam did my nails and he's absolutely the best in the area! I'm very picky when it comes to my nails, and today I was 100% satisfy with the service. Love my nails and I already schedule an appointment to come back in 2 weeks.
