This is the worst experience I have ever had at Lowes. Home Depot will get my business in future. The cashier in Garden Center mischarged my ticket but he said he could not fix after he had already taken several gift cards from me. I asked him about just giving my money back, but he sent me to Service Desk. Well I was a little late but I went to service desk. They wanted to give me a in store credit. I asked for for me original payment because I lost money on previous in store credit. They said it would not happen again. Leslie told me that things are corrected and wrote the amount $16.42 on card. The next day I tried to use it and they said there was only $2.42 on card. I live in another town and went to the LOwes help desk there and asked them what was going on. This is a small amount of money, but the injustice kicked in. They said they could not help me and said I had to go back to original store. I asked if they were both part of Lowes. I called original store and Leslie now loses her memory of me not wanting a in store credit and is a total waste of time. Anyway if Lowes needs to steal my pennies I will just take my business to Home Depot or elsewhere. I have purchased a lot from Lowes in past but their customer service has turned into a joke.

They earned 5 stars simply for customer service. Stopped in while in the area for some needed items. Two persons volunteered to help find specific items. One actually said hello, and the person at check out assisted with the transaction pad function. It’s rare to find persons so willing to help but obviously management at this store place a priority on customer service.

Recently purchased granite countertop from Lowe’s. I asked if l could see the actual slab of granite before installation. I was told l could see it. I paid more than $1000 deposit and was sent by text many documents to sign. I did not read the documents as it is difficult on a cell phone. A few weeks later, l received a text my granite had arrived, and l could see a picture or view it. I wanted to look at the the slab and drove an hour to Gallatin to see it. The granite looked nothing like the small granite sample in the store. The granite was all grey with veins running diagonally thru the slab. My island is a difficult shape, and l could not see a way for the granite to be cut where it would look good. I asked the fabricator if l could choose another granite and was told l had to call Lowe’s. The same afternoon l phoned the installation department. I got a voicemail. The following day, l was told the fabricators were cutting the granite. I told the person that was impossible as l had seen the granite, and the fabricator knew l did not want it. After back and forth conversations with the installation department and Lowe’s Customer Service, l was told l had to pay restocking fee and was not given the option of choosing another piece of granite. I have pictures of the sample in the store as well as a picture of the granite slab to prove what l am saying is true. I paid over $1,000 and received nothing in return. I did not read the contract which was my fault. I thought l could choose another granite because l was concerned about my choice from the small display at Lowe’s. The Lowe’s Representative said it was possible to chose another granite, but l might have to pay more if l chose a more expensive slab. I don’t want anyone else to loose money so please read the contract. I have since gone to a stone yard and visually selected a piece of granite for my project that am very happy with.
Lowe’s Customer Service responded to my review, and asked me to contact them about my experience. I promptly contacted Lowe’s Customer Service and repeated my experience. No response from Customer Service so l assume there is nothing they will do. They took over $1000 from their customer, and l got nothing in return. $1,000 for me is a lot of money to lose. I don’t plan to shop at Lowe’s in the future.

I ordered $10K of appliances and when I did I told them that I needed a very specific date—over a month away—for them to be delivered. They assured me that would be fine. My date was critical so I checked multiple times over the month to make sure everything was on track. And each time I called, I was told everything was good. Then four days before the scheduled delivery, I called once again to confirm. "All good sir—we will be there Saturday." Then the very next day, I get a call from the store and they say they cannot deliver two of the items because my home is outside their delivery area. Mind you, my address was ALWAYS part of this transaction—they knew exactly where this was being delivered. So, of course this was pretty irritating, but what made matters worse, rather than deal with the problem, the sales associate hung up on me. And when I called back I was put on hold for over 20 minutes. Now I am driving to the store to cancel my $10K order—WHILE STILL ON HOLD. BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE would have solved this. Seems like a REALLY STUPID way to lose business. DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM THIS STORE.

Customer service front end desk, very rude employees. A guy name Kyle and a manager (short blonde lady) she was very rude and was giving me a run around for no reason. Definitely not going to back to this Lowe’s.

No one at the customer service desk bothers to answer the phone at the Lowes in Franklin. I wasted my time while it rang for 7 whole minutes. The Spring Hill location had previously cancelled a large order because they coudn't fulfill it, and told me to call the Franklin location to place the order since another issue was a 10% off coupon that I had used. But since no one bothered to answer the phone at the Franklin location, we had to waste a whole day, which delayed a remodel project, to drive all the way out to the Columbia location.

Customer service is a nightmare. I order a lot of Trex decking and I’m never there for less than an hour when going to pick it up. Sometimes they don’t even know where it is. Once I had to make several trips and was made to wait 1-2 two hours because they thought the order had already been picked up and the only person in the entire store who could help me always left before 4pm. And don’t even try calling customer service. It’s near impossible to speak to an associate on the phone

They always have what I want, and I've been here often enough to know the layout of the isles. Nice employees.
