lowes responded to my former review with a note regarding contact them for help. I completed 3 surveys you sent me soon after purchase and called your customer service several times explaining what happened. That is when I should have received help with the issue.

My aunt went to this Lowe's and bought a marble vanity for her bathroom and a toilet. The toilet was in the wrong place and they gave her a wrong price and when she questioned an employee for the correct price the employee and the manager were very rude and racist towards her. My uncle, who is white, came up and asked the same question and the manager was nice. This is unacceptable.

Good selection of tools, lights, and all hardware needs. It can be difficult to find a sales associate to help you as is in most chain hardware stores. Parking options seem better than Home Depot in Brentwood.

I love delivering to this location. However, Lowe's cooperate office really needs to replace their rear rolling door that accesses their pick up department. It got damaged a few months ago and the damage prevents it from opening all of the way. Only a fraction over half way open. Making it very inconvenient and hard for consumer's with trainer's to back into the accessible loading area. This inconvenience brings this location from 5 stars to 3 star's. The employees are absolutely wonderful though!

Purchased a refrigerator. 3 different appointment dates before it was delivered. Flooded my kitchen when installing ice maker line. Dent and scratch on front and doors didn’t shut correctly. Sent a repairmen that arrived with no tools! Didn’t fix it. 50 plus phone calls and 7 managers to get them to return it. 3 more appointment dates before they showed up to take it away. Perhaps the worse service I have received in my life. Icing on the cake. Refunded purchase price but still charged a delivery fee!

Super frustrating. We bought a washer and dry from Lowe’s. It was suppose to be delivered Monday. We had to call them to find out what’s going on each time. Not once did they reach out to us. We were then told the washer was at the Franklin store so we can come pick one up but would have to wait on the dryer until the 13th. Drove to Franklin for them to tell us they couldn’t find the ones they had “in stock.” They then told me husband they thought he picked it up so had to review cameras to make sure because he absolutely didn’t pick them up. All around is been a cluster to deal with and it’s disappointing.

Stay clear!!! I wish I could leave a zero star. actually I wish I would've looked at the reviews that were already on here before I went to the store I put in an order for an on 09/16 and have been given the runaround ever since. Latest and greatest is my product even though not available was already picked up go ahead and make sense of that. No one in the store seem to tell me the same story about my order. customer service has been less than helpful. on hold for more than 20 minutes, just to be hung up on more than once. Not offered any sort of resolution anytime. Promised callback several times, but I was the only one calling them back lack. The pure lack of empathy, sympathy, or any sort of reasonable accommodation was ever provided. I'm lucky I got my money back and I'm not even sure that has happened yet. I repeat, stay absolutely clear.

Purchased a refrigerator. 3 different delivery dates to finally deliver. Flooded the kitchen. Had to chase the delivery people onto the road to return and turn water ice maker off with 1 inch of water on my hardwood floors. Fridge had a small dent and scratch. Door didn't shut correctly. Another day for repair man to look at it. He didn't even have a screwdriver with him! Needless to say he didn't fix door. 50 plus phone calls and 7 managers to get them to take it back. 3 different appointment dates to finally get it picked up. Wow! They are a mess. Icing on the cake. Refunded the purchase price but still charged for delivery!

Showed up to get paint. Nobody was at the counter so I asked for someone to call, they called but nobody came. Another lady showed up and then asked for someone to call. Still nobody showed. She then asked another time for a manager to call and they did. Finally, after 32 minutes of waiting at the paint desk, a Valspar representative shows up to mix my paint, finally, right? After he gets what I need, he proceeded to take a phone call before mixing any paint or starting any of that process. After he had been on the phone for 5 minutes with no end in sight, I decided that 37 minutes was far too long to wait on paint and I left. I will NEVER come back to this Lowe's for anything whatsoever.

Went to Lowe’s Saturday and needed new refrigerator.. we were the only customer in appliances. We walked up to salesperson and asked for help with fridges.. I started to tell him what I needed , he says…well, we got three rows over there and all the sizes are labeled, no help, no knowing the product.. nothing! Never came to check on us! We left and went to Electronic Express.great salesperson and we spent over 3k.. thanks Lowe’s for Nothing! We had also been a 30 year customer with Lowe’s and we have the credit card!

Horrible experience ordering Pine Needles online. I first ordered them for delivery. They did not notify that the order had been cancelled until I checked the order status online. When I called to see why they told me that the person who came to pick up the pine needles didnt have a big enough vehicle. You would think they know what they are coming to pick up and deliver. I then decided to re-order and do it for pick up. I waited 30 min outside for anybody to come out and load. I called 3 times and each time I was told someone was on the way. I finally just decided to load it myself after seeing 2 other people pull in and not receive help. Avoid if you can!

Lowe’s doesn’t deserve one star. We paid 33k for kitchen cabinets and our kitchen is a disaster. We were quoted 4-6 weeks for the process to be completed. It took five months. Of course, everything is everyone else’s fault. As a family of four, we spent thousands on having to eat out due to the negligence of Lowe’s and them completing our project. Our cabinets installation is now “complete” but we have cabinets and a hood vent that are cracking. Areas around the inside of our white cabinet doors that clearly were not painted. Trim pieces that don’t match the cabinets. It’s a joke! Our kitchen design had to change so that they could cover imperfections in the cabinets. Lowe’s has offered a minimal amount of compensation which we refuse to accept. Do yourself a favor and go with a local company. Stay away from Lowe’s for any installations, period! They are a joke and the higher up management has not handled the situation with the concern of the customer. It’s clearly about profit and hitting their numbers. As soon as you pay for the project you are completely forgotten about.

I wasn't able to give 0 stars, I had to give one. But I would give 0 if I could. We bought a dishwasher from lowes almost 2 weeks ago and were told there would be a delay in the installation because of the july 4th holiday. So we waited a week. Then after a week, on the (supposed) day of installation, we heard nothing. I called the lowes installation line the next day and they told me it would be another week before they would be able to install it, but I could pick it up myself in the store the following day. Next day came and went, dishwasher never arrived. I contacted them and they said it would now be another EIGHT days until the dishwasher even arrived at the store. Which means considering the day i purchased the DW, to when they would be able to install it, we're approaching a month. We finally said enough is enough and cancelled our order. We found the same DW at electronic express, within a few hours bought it and brought it home. We will NEVER buy appliances from lowes again.
