Pleasant experience and great staff that provides some of the best customer service in the business. I’m leaving another Unit for this one and I’m glad I stopped by because it’s perfect and the staff helped me pick the one I needed and took care of all the paperwork and I was out the door in less than 10 minutes.Highly recommend!!!

I recently rented a storage unit and moving van from this rental place and had a great experience. The owners of the business are very involved in running the place, and it shows in the high level of customer service they provide.They offer both climate-controlled units and regular units. We rented a 10x10 unit for my mother-in-law while she was shopping for a new house, and it was the perfect solution. The facility's location is also convenient, making it easy for us to access the unit whenever we needed to.One thing that stood out to me was the availability of two different moving vans for rent. We only needed the van for half a day to move items from the storage facility to our new house, which was the perfect solution for us. The van was in good condition and made the move a breeze.Overall, I highly recommend Mallory Station Storage!

The staff at Mallory Station Storage have gone out if their way to assist in size selection as well as the rental process! The physical facility is simply spotless, well kept and secure. Adding shelving made storage easy and provides eye level identification of each box. Moving carts are readily available and easy to maneuver. We are very pleased with this choice! For almost 3 years I have used Mallory Station Storage not only did I feel welcome when we first moved here when we needed a storage unit but I found more of a family feeling when I would interact with the staff even one time there was a weather threat and they provided shelter for us in the office LOL they're very warm and kind and consistent in their sales management and treatment of their clients I've used Mallory Station Storage a total of four times so far and you cannot beat the Safe environment , the cleanliness of all the units, the great communication and the availability to use their wonderful moving vans for any of your needs.Gina Prince

Great facility. Secure! Easy to get to. Staff are great and helpful. Love the ability to rent the mercedes sprinter van to move things. Highly recommend. Had 3 units with them for over a year.
