Visited at the end of the day, still some good merchandise! Staff were super nice, I went for a dress and the selection was quite small which had not been my experience at other Marshall locations. Otherwise it was a good experience.

The main product I like to buy it, they denied me cause supposed to be part of a set, I request it to find the other pieces and they said No. 👎 The store was empty, I will understand if maybe they are busy. Anyways the response it was provided by the manager. Really disappointed

Terrible and rude customer service. 10 min before closing, the announced on the intercom they are closing soon . I started collecting my stuff so I could make my way to the cashier . As I'm collecting my stuff a worker yells from the other side of the store to me they are closing which is really super obnoxious , but I was courteous and replied ok . Now I'm walking to the cashier and the same worker follows me and says the same thing. I finally got fed up and told her I heard her the first time. I walked up to the manager/cashier and told her what happened . She was even more rude so I letting my item and Walked out . I don't need to support stores have zero

Took my Mom to get her a couple of things.
It's the first time she's ever been to a Marshalls!
She was extremely happy and surprised to find several pieces of clothing that she liked and bought.
Employees were friendly.

Sylvia was a great and friendly help! She was very professional and nice when helping me with a hair dryer and flat iron from the locked display case. Unfortunately, because Marshall’s will not let you put $40 worth of items in your basket and instead holds them at the counter, I forgot to ask for these at check out and left without purchasing the items I needed.

Good place to find brands with low prices. They don’t always have the same things so you will need to visit more often.
I’ve been to this place many times, never had an issue.

The store was dirty, and it took forever to get someone to open a perfume cabinet check out lines was long it took forever and when I got to the register they had no change I waited ten mins for a manager to bring change the poor girl radio them like three times never again
