When a customer suddenly lost power, Gene and his apprentice Nate arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue, and provided thorough explanations. Another customer, Diana Iruegas, was also commended for her excellent customer service in resolving a billing confusion. While there have been some concerns, such as a tree being mutilated on a customer's property, MTE has demonstrated good customer service by sending a representative to address the issue and replace the tree.
