“The problem is, once your loan is closed it gets moved to a "service center" located in NJ. Unfortunately that is who services the Franklin American loans so it is their service that can be disappointing it seems. But as far the process in getting the loan, Franklin American in Franklin,TN did a great job with my original loan and my refi. And so far my loan at the NJ customer service center has gone fine as well, no issues.”
