“This was the easiest process of renting a storage unit, accessing it, and turning it back over. I did everything online, signed up, picked out my unit, I was given all of the access info, drove in through the gate using my code, and then drove to my unit. It was an interior, conditioned space, close enough to an exterior door, was clean, cool, and served the purpose! Fabian was so helpful when we were emptying the unit and returning it. He responded quickly, there were no surprise fees, and I wasn't stuck in a year long contract. It was so nice, so efficient, and he communicated via email on the weekends quickly. I would absolutely use Secure Storage of Cool Springs again and recommend them to my friends and real estate clients. Thank you so much!!”
